August 20, 2020: Recently l had major work done on my car at Bertera Chrysler Jeep on Riverdale Street. The service department was very kind and professional in diagnosing my needs and then providing them at a reasonable cost. Scheduled and appointment for service. I was told 2-3 days. It took 16. Not even a apology just attitude. Lied to through the entire process. I was told I should have had it serviced where I bought it if I didn't like it. Wow.

This review is for the whole service department team starting from JEREMY REDMOND, BRITTANY HAILE, BRENDA, and SCOTTIE. I’ve been into a lot of Subaru service department from NY and MA and i have experienced the worst customer service from there but BERTERA SUBARU SERVICE DEPT is very different. They have, by far, the best customer service and I brought my car a couple of times already for repairs and every time i bring my car in, i always get my car back in perfect condition. BRITTANY has been my service consultant every time i go there and she has been very helpful. SCOTTIE has been picking me up and dropping me off wherever i need to go and he has been outstanding in that category. Overall, i would give the whole service department team 10/10 stars if i can. Thank you!

From the moment I spoke with Erik, I knew I was in good hands. A tow truck company severely damaged my car during a routine tow and I was referred to Bezema from the dealership. I spoke with Erik and explained the situation. Once I gave the go-ahead to fix the car, he and his staff worked to ensure they met the timeline they promised me. I was so relieved when I picked up my car and it looked absolutely perfect! Not only did they fix and clean the outside of my car but they also professionally detailed it. My husband and I are so pleased with the service and we will be going back to Erik and his shop for all of our automotive needs going forward. Thank you, Erik!! Nicole & Michael

Brought my x5 in for diagnosis on over heat decided to go with their service. Paid $1,800. The next day after receiving my car back not even 24 hours, the belt in the engine blew apart and damaged the some of the engine, now they want almost $6,000 to fix something they damaged. I have a handicapped child and this is my only car , they now want their loaner back because I can't afford the $6,000 right now and shouldn't have to pay!! Not good.
