I wrote a review for Cape Cod Harley-Davidson before this, but the service that I just received from them warrants an update. Any of us who ride motorcycles will understand how incredibly excited we get on the first day of the riding season. well yesterday, Wednesday,March 29 was the first day of the riding season for me. Roman who heads up the service department and is a virtual encyclopedia Britannica (remember those hahaha) when it comes to HD motorcycles ...scheduled a front-to-back for my trike, Chris, the master mechanic, and an absolute magician when it comes to HD motors , did all of the necessary adjustments for the coming riding season and Kevin who has always treated me with such kindness did the honors of delivering my trike. After Kevin left I leathered up and got ready to go for my first ride of the season however, the trike would not start! To say that I was disappointed is a gross understatement I was pretty well xxxxx FREAKED OUT! Any other dealership would've told you "well it started when we delivered it ...so you must've done something to cause it not to start" or some other xx, but not Cape CodHarley-Davidson. As busy as they are Roman asked Kevin to drive all the way back to Falmouth and brought me a brand-new battery, on the house. Now that service folks! You simply will not find that kind of service at any other Harley dealership ...at least I sure as xxxx haven't! Over the years Harley-dealerships have gotten a bad rap, and in every case that I was involved with... it's justified! They suck when it comes to service, they're hopeless at helping you out when you're in a jam and they are the absolute xxxxx worst when it comes to scheduling and getting things done on time for you. But not Cape Cod Harley-Davidson! I have been around for coming up on 75 years, 60 of those years I was on two wheels, starting with a Pan Head and just bought a trike last year as a preemptive strike against the possible loss of balance as I got older. I bought this trike new from Cape Cod Harley-Davidson, also another first for me. I've not been prone to buying new bikes and my brain works better on a 6-volt system than a 12 V if that gives you an idea of how freaking old I am. I've also neglected to tell you that I'ma female... females and Harley dealerships have never been a great combination until now. I'm always treated with as much respect if not more than the guys... I'm listened to, never ever given any condescending xx and they follow my requests without exception or question. So I don't care where you live there is absolutely no other Harley dealership on planet Earth that I would ever do business with other than Cape Cod Harley-Davidson. If you want a personal reference just give me a call. Most people know me in the area as I am a local artist and own an art gallery in Teaticket, Falmouth, O'Malley -Keyes Fine Art in Teaticket MA. My studio phone number is on my website capecodartgallery.com. Anyway, this is a little long-winded but I wanted to make sure that I mentioned everyone who deserved appropriate accolades. Speaking of which Bob, the owner of Cape Cod Harley-Davidson is a wicked nice guy. Thaz all folks, I'm back to the easel painting a commission... until tomorrow... if it's not pouring rain , when I'll be riding my trike thanks to Cape Cod Harley-Davidson!
