Ask for Kevin Atkinson for your sales person. He is excellent at what he does, will help you find the best car for your budget.

The mailer I got said no money down less than $200 per month and no payment for 90 days. This was even though I had an open bankruptcy because this is supposedly the special for people in an active bankruptcy. So I call ahead of time and tell them my circumstances which is what their af they could do anyway and ask if they can help me they said "Yes we can help you." So I get there and I get approved for a loan on a car requiring $1,000 down monthly payments of 500.00 no later than 45 days from the date of the contract was signed (today) and 19,000.00 car with 17,000.00 interest. Correct me if I'm wrong but $500 per month for 6 years comes to $36,000 right? It wasn't even close to what I wanted. They were trying to offload a 2010 Mercedes on me. Then they canceled the deal. Drew was very friendly, professional and most importantly, he listened carefully to the features we needed. He quickly found the perfect car for us. We negotiated a very good price for it, along with a very fair price for my trade-in and we bought it the same day. After the sale, he followed up quickly and professionally. We bought a car at Guaranteed Auto Sales we received a temporary tag but could never properly register it because was never given a title or an inspection certificate for the vehicle. I'm sitting with a worhtless vehicle at this point. MVA has numerous complaints on this Company. Robert Chesgreen T/A Guaranteed Auto Sales. Presently does not have a dealer's license and is considered a curbstoner at this point. I imagine MVA has a lot of fines awaiting this joker.

Buyers please beware of buying a vehi cle from this dealership the cars look good on the outside but the things you can't see are the problem, they do their own inspections I guess and pass everything,my truck should've never been sold or put on the road... I've been dumping money into this truck every month there warranty is trash and won't cover xxxx. Stay far away from this place if you want a good vehicle...trust me people!!!! First time I’ve even thought of buying a car online. This dealership was incredible from the first phone call to the tag work. Arash was nothing short of a pleasure to work with and just a text or a phone call away with no wait. I informed him that I was only looking for a car in absolute excellent condition. He went they the car on video chat and pointed out to tiny dings that I would have never seen. The car was delivered to my house three days later and was cleaner than I ever even thought it was gonna be. Excellent Buying experience.

They kept contacting me to come look at the car meanwhile the car sold days ago from what I can tell. They just don't mind doing bad business. I should have looked at these reviews before I drove all the way down there to look at a car they didn't have.

Mitch Carr is a great Mercedes service center and a great auto repair shop overall. I wish they worked on other cars so I could take all my cars to him. There service team from mechanics to shop manager (Hal), and to Mr. Carr himself are great people and make you feel welcome in the shop. They do not upsell you on parts you do not need, and if you bring in your own parts (new) they do not give you a hard time about installing them. They provide you with a price before doing any work, but most importantly THAT is the final price you pay. There is no surprise shop fees, EPA disposal fees, or any other shenanigans that up the price at the last minute when you go to pay your bill. Most importantly, they FIX the problem. I have an older Mercedes 420SEL and they have always properly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. No going back for the same problem. Also, they work clean. (What I mean is there are no missing bolts, clips, or other pieces when the work is done that happened with another shop much closer to me on Lee Highway in Arlington that left off parts and didn't do all the work that I asked). Again, Mitch Carr does very clean and detailed mechanical work, very impressed--and for a very fair price, especially for the DMV area. Yes, I travel almost an hour to get to Mitch Carr because they are that good. They have a metro service where they pick you up and drop you off directly from the metro should you need it (there is also another station, forget the name, that also takes you to downtown Union Station-much faster than the Metro). Anyway, just wanted to help out my fellow Benz owners. Patrick
