Worst experience ever. - donsingle

Worst experience ever. Bought a 2024 Tucson and had expensive insurance scams added to the deal. Signing was a nightmare. I was kept hanging on all afternoon in a a well organized rip off. I filed a complaint with the attorney general's office but had to pay the car off to get rid of the insurance scams. I am an eighty four year old veteran and can only say sleaze bags would have acted this way.

Let me start by saying... I absolutely HATE buying vehicles! For many reasons.. The length of stay.. you get lied to.. I am a woman so I feel like I am being belittled half the time... With all of that said.. I had to come here with my daughter to buy a car... I was completely shocked! They didn't try to sell my daughter all the extra crap! We were in and out in record time! I was so impressed that my husband and I went back to buy our truck! Never have I ever had a smooth car buying experience like this!! The manager Dan is absolutely amazing!! Addressing any concerns, coming up with great solutions.. He makes you feel like you have known him forever! I just can't say enough about our experience! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a super fair price!

No Pressure! I was online and I saw a certified preowned Mazda CX-5 2023. I was in love and I sent over my information. Rafael called me and next thing I know I’m looking at a 2024 Mazda Cx-5 CE. I was so excited now I just had to wait and see what my rate was going to be. I called the dealership and spoke with Muhammad and was informed of the rate, at that point I knew I was going to buy a brand new car. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt no pressure and everyone was actually nice. Kamau introduced himself to me and I was blown away by his professionalism. From there I was in the finance room with Richard so friendly signing my paperwork. Now here is the crazy part. My money was held up and I couldn’t pick the car up for 3 weeks. They held my car for me when they didn’t have to. When I pick her up 2 weeks ago it’s been a wrap. I’m still in shock that I have a brand new car, I’m so overjoyed that Passport Mazda Suitland was able to work with me and my credit. My husband is going next to get him a brand new Mazda!!! Thank you Rafael for making the first call and showing a Trim I really didn’t know about.

This is not good business. I wonder how any of the sales staff or managers would feel if the shoe was on the other foot or if this happened to a family member. Rich explained the process of buying a truck; how credit is established, what credit means, how payments are calculated, what a down payment means, cost of insurance, what payments are, warranty, tires, clutches, engines, and all with a caring and loving tone. My son learned what each vehicle we looked at would cost him to monthly. Through all this Rich was amazing. Rich even took my son on a test drive and explained why test drives are needed and what to do during a test drive. Rich made me a believer and loyal to Car Zone.
