MAJOR RUST DAMAGE THAT WASN"T DISCLOSED! - logman

Had this shipped out to Montana on the salesman's word that it was a sound and safe vehicle. Undercarriage and rims have MAJOR RUST! Called Jason Howard who we purchased the vehicle from and he pretty much said "Oh well" and would not help. My shop here said they would rate it as a parts only vehicle because of the severity of the rust.

Bought a 2009 Tahoe a few months ago. I couldn't be more pleased. First, the price was $3000 less than anything within 250 miles. I searched for almost a month and nothing came close the price and quality. Second, Sean was extremely helpful. The Tahoe did not have a third row seat, so he helped me find one and finance it. I had the vehicle fully inspected before purchasing and it was in great condition. I have had zero problems. Highly recommend checking out this place before going anywhere else.

In December 2017, I bought a car from this dealer. It was a 2007 Lincoln Town Car. I got it for a good price, and later discovered why. This car has a serious problem of taking in water that get over 1" deep on floor boards. It has damaged the car inside and under the hood. Mechanics have been able to lessen the amount of water taken in, but not stop it. This dealer, Alain, knew that I had had a real lemon of a car prior to this. He took it as a trade in and I only got $1,000 for it because I was honest with him about the electrical problems. I am in my late sixties, have health issues, and have very little social security income. Most of that Alain knew. Yet he sold me the Lincoln knowing that it had this serious problem and that I have little money. Now I have to see if I can get a little money for the car but will not be able to buy another car. I live alone and will have to walk, bus, or rely on neighbors for transportation. I hope that he gets what is coming to him at some point.

This dealership is the worst!! They are scam artists--at the very least. I purchased a vehicle in April 2010. With this purchase there was a balance on my trade in, of which I financed. After numerous attempts requesting them to pay the balance which was financed; they have yet to keep there end of the contract. I am now stuck paying for my new vehicle and the prior loan on the vehicle I traded in. Mean while I am being told lies every day with claims that the check was sent to pay off the prior vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! THEY WILL PUT YOU IN FINANCIAL RUIN!!

Excellent service! The owner took time helping me figure out what I wanted and then helped me to find the perfect car. I’m extremely happy with my 2021 Tesla Model 3. I truly feel that he listened to everything I wanted and didn’t rush the process just to make a sale. It’s clear the owner James cares about his customers happiness. The salesman said a car was "immaculate." When we went to see it car, we were shocked to see a sideswiped right side with creases and scrapes spanning the rear door and quarter panel (~$2000 of damage, by my estimate). The salesman insisted that the car everything he had promised, that the damage could be discerned in the huge collection of photos (it couldn't), and that they could easily "buff it out". I think they have a different value system than the average buyer. Even worse was the CARFAX report that said "no accident or damage reported."

My husband and I were picked up from home by a salesman in a dirty SUV and driven to the dealer in Dundalk. We were told we were already approved before we agreed to go. When we got there, they informed us we weren't approved because my husband didn't have a driver's license which they had already known. After discussing it further because they were made aware of this prior to the appointment, they denied us. We walked outside to smoke a cigarette, then my husband went back in to ask when they were going to take us home, to Aberdeen about 40 minutes drive away, they informed us they weren't!!!!!! They said it was not their responsibility to get us home, they all had families too!!!! I asked BEFORE going if we were not approved would we have a ride home, I was told of course, they wouldn't leave us stranded. Ha! They are the most inconsiderate, rude, lazy, unfriendly people I have ever met. They didn't budge either they left us standing in Dundalk at 7pm in December about 2 weeks before Christmas. Very cold outside and they even walked past us without a word said. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these people. Their cars were so old and disgusting looking. Dents, rust, no way they passed inspection legally. Their treatment of us was horrific once they denied us. How can someone expect any kind of sales when they treat people like dirt??? DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS they lie, cheat and steal then leave you on the side of the road. Then about 3 weeks later my phone rings. caller id says JDBYRIDER I thought omg you are kidding me?!?! I answered and the girl who made my appt and arrangements says oh we missed you what happened? I laughed and told her I wouldn't take a car from them if they gave it to me!!! I told her what happened and she said she would rectify the situation and that the Dundalk location stole their sale (me) ok yea whatever, she said she'd be in touch with me, February 21, 2016. No calls, no nothing. They are a rip off and sell even worse cars! Looks like a junk yard when you pull up. Since then on February 18, 2016 I became the proud new owner of a 2016 Chrysler 200. Guess my credit wasn't as bad as I thought OR what JD BYRIDER thought either!! Their loss

My experience with the owners & staff was terrific; Charlie and his dad were wonderful to work with! They were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Their prices were very reasonable, and quickly determined to be fair by my lender. The vehicle I purchased was in excellent shape, both mechanically and cosmetically. I purchased it to drive my daughter and her friends, and I feel VERY safe and secure using it to drive the kids on short & long trips. I've purchased from new and used car dealerships over the years, and my experience with Jarboe Motors is one of the top two car-buying experiences I've had. I highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a car. I live closer to southern Maryland, but it is worth the trip to Jarboe Motors to get a reliable, safe vehicle.

Bought a car, they offered the worst warranty and a week later had to drop over a grand in work on the car that they claimed they had no knowledge of any problems and lied about how long it had been on the lot.... As I can tell the car is still leaking something which would be noticed by a dealership...so yet another problem and when I brought this to their attention "Louis" or the main guy was more than disrespectful. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Setting up a Google site to warn others.

They call you on Christmas eve demanding money I owe 350 a month I sent 300 but they had to call on Christmas eve and want thier money I have 6 more months left out of 2.5 years . My car should be worth 1500 I'm paying 9500 for it I could of gotten a brand new one for that price!
