Bought a BMW x3 sight unseen by the word of Al and we were very impressed with the car that showed up in Winnipeg. As advertised and beautiful inside and out. Al shipped on date promised and the pictures were a true representation of the vehicle. We would definitely buy another vehicle from Crystal Auto Mart. The quality of work was not rated as I didn't get any service at the dealership but the vehicle seems to be up to date on servicing. Thank you Al!

Extreme Auto is a scam. Tey won't uphold their warranties. I saw another post, who said their car was missing, and they were thinking of calling the police to report the car stolen. Yes... do it right away. Report it stolen. From reading other reviews, you wouldn't be the first person to report these people. Jerry Cromwell is a thief, no good liar. Don't try them. The cars are broke down, and they won't honor their warranty. These people will rob you blind.

He patiently answered all of our questions, showed us multiple vehicles, and helped us pick the right one based on our needs. Ms. Vicki was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when processing our paperwork. She explained all fees, negotiated costs, and put us at ease while we were completing the paperwork. My daughter bought her first car here, a used Toyota. The salesman assured us the car was an excellent, reliable car. Less than six months later and after multiple trips for service before that, the car died at a remote campground in Montana. The cost of towing to the closest Toyota dealership and diagnosis cost more than the token"good will" money the dealer offered. Buyer beware, this is not a reputable dealership that will stand behind the promises they make.

Figured I'd give them a second chance since my first time was also xx. Its a lie and false advertising again!!! The radio ad says NO CREDIT CHECK JUST BRING ID, PROOF OF RESIDENCE, AND PROOF OF INCOME......WELL....I was sitting in the back waiting the the salesman Alex to return when I started to get alerts on my phone that my credit was getting checked!!!! I went to the front desk and asked to talk to a manager and there was JOEY or JOE JOE. When I voiced my concern I was told that "THEY" didn't run my credit the "BANK" did. I then said .....So your ad is a lie and false advertising because my credit was ran as if it was anyother day or dealership. I started to walk out and said that I would be posting a review of this and then JOE ran out after me threatening me that he had my contact information and I was banned from the car dealership for life. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHILDISH just for calling him and the companies out on their xx AGAIN. Don't go here if you want honesty and integrity in a company and the ads they try to pull people in with.

I called and asked Jim Vanmeter to hold the vehicle for me until I had time to travel from my home in New York to their dealership in Maryland, a distance of some 350 miles. He said no problem and gave me his word. Three days later the vehicle was ready when I arrived and was exactly what I wanted. Jim gave my wife and me a great test drive experience. All other aspects of the sale were quickly handled, and we were on our way home with the truck. I would recommend Timbrook to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. They were experienced and courteous.

They sold me a car that has a hold and i can't receive the title without the correct odometer reading that they won't give me. It's a simple piece of paper and after we found out the car had a hold , Pepe stopped answering calls or responding the emails. I feel like they moved somewhere because I threatened to sue them if they didn't give me my paperwork. Pepe also promised to mail me a cap to the bumper and never did. Very unprofessional!

My wife bought her 2 Nissan Altima with him and she’s not one that’s easy to mess with when it comes to buying a car, but he made everything smooth and she was able to walk out the door with her second car from them. Jeremiah in finance was great as well even though he chose Cal Ripken over Ken Griffey jr lol. No serious both were very awesome to work with and I know all of our future vehicles will be bought through them.

Had water leak repaired twice now and it is leaking again. Customer service was terrible and they broke the clips on the front bumper when replacing a light. Very difficult to deal with. Would not recommend this dealer for service or sales. FYI....they are no longer servicing vehicles....I wonder why?

I bought my '14 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Adams Auto Company in Fallston in October of 2016. Three years later, and it's a great Jeep. Jim Slaughter made my buying experience pleasant, and I would definitely go back for my next pre-owned vehicle purchase! It's owned by the same family as two other dealerships in the area, and the friendliness and customer service of the staff at the Fallston location is the same friendly and courteous service you'd expect at their other locations. The price was right and I got a great vehicle. I would definitely recommend Adams to my family and friends!
