i took my new jeep liberty diesel for oil change. this was the second oil change covered by jeep. the first oil change was done at mt.airy jeep where i had no problem. as soon as i drove off the vehicle i noticed a sluggishness. i suspected somebody put a wrong oil instead of 0w40 synthethic needed. the power drop can only be felt by somebody driving a vehicle everyday. at the end of the day the problem was not acknowledged and i had no way to prove what i was sure of.

Sales dept is fantastic. Service dept leaves a lot to be desired. I had the service dept. Look at my jeep for a vibration. After several conversations over multiple days they said they couldn’t identify the problem. Service dept was less than friendly at pickup also. Took the vehicle to another dealer and was told the Jeep has a problem with the valve train and need a camshaft replaced. Why couldn’t they figure this out and save me the hassle.

After having a few conversations with Andrew about their services and speaking to their Tech Donnie when I arrived, I will be back for more items for my vehicle. After visiting Norris Honda and Firestone regarding a repair, I chose Graff's, as they seemed more confident about doing the job than Firestone and much less money than Norris Honda. Honda said they charged so much because their mechanics were certified - I asked because I knew the job did not take much time and the parts were not that expensive. Anyway, the job was done well by Graff's and within my budget. I recommend them.

I've purchased two Nissan trucks from Hamilton over many years and am very satisfied with my buying and service experiences. Will Swartz sold me the 2017 Nissan Titan I currently own and Karl Collum is my service manager. Both are extremely professional and highly competent. Will was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and very thorough in answering all my questions as I considered it's purchase. Karl recently helped me navigate a repair to the ignition switch interlock. Although the repair didn't work the first time, Karl fit me in the very next day and had the repair done correctly. Even though I had to wait two hours for the repair, there were no additional costs to me. I travel 26 miles to have my truck maintained and serviced at Hamilton Hagerstown. To me, the reliability and concierge service they provide are worth it. Even though I am dissapointed Nissan discontinued the Titan, I will buy my next Nissan from Hamilton.
