Took my Wife's 2007 RAV4 in for service for the driver side windshield wiper arm. The arm had been struck by snow the flew off of another drivers car. The insurance deductable would have been $250.00 to fix it. So I took it to Carmax and lied, yep, I told them that it just stopped working. I told the service writer the story and he came out about a half an hour after I gave him the truck and said "we can't figure out what exactly caused the problem, so we are going to fix it under warranty" Nice! I thought. While waiting for the truck to get fixed, I over heard a conversations between techs and service writers and from those alone could tell how honest they are. I would not want to take my Toyota to any other service center.

Kurt was great! He talked to me about options and prices without any pressure. He is very friendly. I enjoyed my experience and will continue to do my service at Bill Kidd's.

I enjoy bringing my car into Toyota’s service department because I know they are going ensure my car is running like new when I leave. Not only do I get the required maintenance but the double check to make every else is in good working order. Prevented maintenance is the key!
