The Express Service at Tate Dealership is dishonest, disrespectful, and nasty. I purchased by car from Tate Dealership. Took my car to the Tate Express Service for preventative maintenance. Mike Goldsmith at the Express Service told me I needed new brakes. The new brakes started making loud noise. I took my car back several times. On Friday, March 20, 2024. I took my car back to Express Service. I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours. Mike Goldsmith came to the waiting area and told me he hear the loud noise and they are going to change me brakes. Come back next Thursday. Mike Goldsmith did not write of a service ticket. When I went back to the Express Service on the Thursday. There as NO service ticket. The Service Manager was NASTY and DISRESPECTFUL to me. I got a call in June 2024 from the Tate Dealership. They wanted to sale me a new car. I will NOT purchase a NEW car from Tate Dealership. The Express Service is NASTY, LIE, DISRESPECTFUL. If you are taking your car to the Express Service be BEWARE. I have put my case in the hands of GOD. God knows the true.
