I visited the Dodge Service Center on June 18, 2024. Dominic was my Service Rep. He was great in attending to my service needs on my 2011 Dodge Durango Citadel. Dominic keep me abreast of the technician's findings. He explained the work that needed to be done. However, I opted to have my air conditioner unit checked because that's why I was there in the first place. In the morning, the air conditioner was blowing out cold air. However, by midday, the unit was blowing warm to hot air. The technician ran a dye through the a.c. unit to see if there was a possible leak. Unfortunately, as explained to me, the dye needs to circulate through the a.c. unit for at least 5-days. Therefore, I will be returning to Dodge as requested. In addition, the a.c. unit registered a 1 1/2 lbs. of freon. The technician added another 1/2 lb. of freon to register 2 lbs. Currently, the a.c. unit is blowing out cold air. I am praying that there is no leak anywhere. We shall see. Thank you Dominic for your excellent customer service!
