Great cars, horrible service. First new Genesis G90 service was returned 2.5 quarts shy of oil. I don’t know what is worst; the fact that the technician performing the work did not know the correct amount of oil need or that he did use the dipstick to check oil level after the service. Genesis vehicles are sold with the fact that a loaner car would be available during service. Loaner vehicles are not available at this dealership. In addition, it took over a month to get a scheduled appointment for service. This dealership is ill prepared to support the Genesis brand. Genesis will have to improve their service network before I purchase another new car from them

I would definitely recommend Tint World GMP Motors. After having a few conversations with Andrew about their services and speaking to their Tech Donnie when I arrived, I will be back for more items for my vehicle. This staff was very professional and very helpful. I was impressed for a fairly new business how well mannered and knowledgeable they were about their products and service. Two thumbs up gentlemen
Excellent service at reasonable cost - wren
After visiting Norris Honda and Firestone regarding a repair, I chose Graff's, as they seemed more confident about doing the job than Firestone and much less money than Norris Honda. Honda said they charged so much because their mechanics were certified - I asked because I knew the job did not take much time and the parts were not that expensive. Anyway, the job was done well by Graff's and within my budget. I recommend them.

I took my car into Hamilton Nissan for a repair of the left front axle. Although it took a little bit longer than expected for the part to arrive, Nick kept me informed as to how long it would be until the part came. I really appreciated that---it showed me that he was treating me as if I were the only customer there. And, it was nice to see the smiling face of Kenny, the shuttle driver who took me to and from my appointment last week

My Pontiac Grand Am was involved in a fender bender in which my trunk lid was bent and my rear bumper was punctured. Hanagan's was recommended to me as an inexpensive and high-quality auto repair shop. I was impressed with the quick and friendly service. Even when I had to return to have a followup repair (they had repainted my entire trunk lid and a little bit of the paint had come loose from where the trunk closed), they did the work quickly and cheerfully--no cost. It's never fun to have your car in the shop but Hanagan's at least makes the experience as stress-less as possible
