Preston Auto Body repaired accident damage on my '02... - pintoboy

Preston Auto Body repaired accident damage on my '02 Ranger. They installed the wrong bumper pad (black, not grey, front and back bumpers, plastic panels were grey) then insisted the color was not black but grey. A new quarter panel was installed. They dented this panel WHILE in their shop, before I picked it up. They replaced the tail lens with a used lens, which was cracked more than the lens they replaced. They repaired the damage they had done to the new quarter panel, replaced the black bumper pad with the correct one (grey), replaced the lens with a new one. Where the truck was repaired began to rust within a year. The insurance company told me to return the truck to Preston for a third time. I refused. Nationwide agreed I could use a different body shop to correct the damage, poor workmanship, shown by Preston. I have had no problems with the other body shop's work. I wouldn't take a tricycle to PAB. Beware of this body shop.

I took my Nissan Maxima to this dealership for the 50,000 - We4Simmons

I took my Nissan Maxima to this dealership for the 50,000 mile service. It was my first time going there, as I recently moved to the Eastern Shore. After my oil was changed, the Service Advisor came to tell me that they couldn't inspect my brakes because all 20 of the lug nuts on my tires were "swollen" and that the Technician couldn't remove them. ??? They said they could break all 20 lug nuts and conveniently replace them for $477.00. ??? I said no thank you and was reminded that if I get a flat tire, I wouldn't be able to fix it and I would be stuck out on the road. Again I said no thank you. I took my car home and my husband easily removed ALL 20 lug nuts with the lug nut wench without much effort. ??? Needless to say, I can't trust this dealership to service my Maxima. I will not be going back. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman or because of my silver hair but I suppose their philosophy is that a sucker is born every minute. As for me, I'll find another dealership.
