Outstanding service. While I was at home waiting for the call to pick it up, I viewed the video of the service that was performed on it. Who else does that?! Although, I must say that was also the most expensive car wash I ever had...but worth it.

Made appointment same day for oil change and multi point inspection. They completed work within the promised timeframe and went over inspection report. Also provided transportation to and from work while maintenance was performed. Overall a great experience with service department.

This dealership, by far, is the best one I've ever been to. The entire team, beginning from sales, all the way to finance and service, are incredible. Although it's an hour and 45 min. drive from where I live, it's worth it to make the drive for the service they provide.

Pros: Employees are friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is very convenient. Cons: The service cost was quoted over the phone but the bill was $80 higher. It was lowered when I asked why it was different than promised but the coupons were removed after matching the quote. I only realized it later on. The Zurich Protection plan is supposed to cover the car inside and out. The next day I opened the trunk and saw it was not cleaned at all. I don't know if the trunk is not included (why wouldn't it be with a $1300 package?) or if they forgot about it. (I'd much prefer it if the package was not mandatory when purchasing a car.) There are some issues with Mitsubishi but it's on the manufacturing quality and not the dealership.

I brought my car in for repair. The part was not immediately available, which I had no complaint; however, communication about timing of repair could have been better. I had to call for updates and received one that told me they took another car in front of mine after telling me that they were working on mine. It made my plans very complicated.

I scheduled an appointment with #jaguarhuntvalley for a vehicle inspection. Jonathan, aka “Yoni”, was my service representative. He provided excellent customer service by answering all of my questions and supporting me with getting the services needed for my new vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not pass my inspection the first time around but Yoni talked me through everything I needed to get done which helped to make it a seamless process. I was in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes for my re-inspection. Thanks Yoni!
