It took over 4 full days to diagnose the probelm, which was ultimately accomplished by a call to Chrylser (something that should have been considered as an alternative after one day of the complete inability to determine why the 1.5 year old Grand Cherokke was stalling). The service department was unprofessional, complete with leaving me on hold fro a period of time and hanging up, rather than admitting that they were inexcusably behind schedule.

They cost me alot of money some simple repairs took 2 days 3 days then this last time 8 days and my car could not be acounted for for 8 days. I had to call the police for help and I was going to report the car stolen 400+ miles when it was returned and more problems loss of work and 400 dollars in rental fees. Crooks liars now I have to take them to court to make them take the car back this is not the car I bought!!!!!
