He consistently goes above and beyond, breaks everything down in a way that’s easy to understand, and he’s always warm, kind, and approachable. You never feel like just another customer with him. He takes the time to explain what’s going on, what’s necessary, and what can wait, which helps me feel informed and confident about the care my car is getting. I needed o confirm that my tow hitch was factory installed or aftermarket. Because I live in Midlothian, Virginia the dealer there (Pearson Hyundai) told me it was an aftermarket tow hitch. I knew that was wrong. I called to confirm it was factory installed. I received a call from your dealership within 30 minutes of my email and it was confirmed it was factory. Your dealership volunteered to contact Pearson but it wasn't necessary. Thanks for your help.

I would really like to thank Bob Bell Hyundai's service department. I've owned two Hyundai Accents. Every time I go in for an oil change, it's a wonderful experience. They are professional and very efficient. I was quoted a 1 hour wait time, and they were done in under an hour. I recently had an issue with my car and they got to it first thing in the morning. Everyone was very helpful in answering my questions. I also appreciate their shuttle service if you live within miles. Their service department and their sales department are excellent. Had to take my Hyundainhere for a radiator problem. Long story short, the car was under warranty, and the dealer claimed damage was from outside source and would not cover under warranty. I did not buy the car here. Thomas wanted $1400 to conduct the repair. I got the new Radiator at Weimer Hyundai where I purchased the vehicle at cost and then took the vehicle to Timbrrok Nissan for the repair. Total cost for repair was actually not quite $700. Do not deal with Thomas service department. They are as crooked as a dog's hind leg. Look at the cost disparity. I paid half what Thomas wanted to fix it. I would not buy a matchbox car from Thomas.

In August 2024 I was wrongfully charged $330 at Pohanka Hyundai. They admitted to their mistake & twice said they would refund me to no avail. Of course I put in multiple disputes with my credit card company and Better Business Bureau. So far after four months the issue still hasn't been resolved. Me nor my husband will ever go back to this location. I would NEVER EVER recommend them. If they'll rip me off after 10 years of being a customer your time is next. Heed the warning now and go to another Hyundai franchise. Also, the issue (that was covered under warranty along with my checkup) was incorrectly done. I had to make an appointment with another Hyundai franchise to fix the issue. This has been a complete 💩 show.

I was impressed with Criswell from the moment I drove onto the parking lot but the professionalism of Kevin Fleegle and Greg Harrell blew me away. The went over my car like a surgical team... every nook and cranny. They showed me all of the flaws and explainEd in layman's term how their resolve. The end product far exceeds my expectations. We scheduled an appt ahead of time and everything was ready when we showed up and took a minimal amount of time to check in and get a rental car. Car was ready when promised.

Excellent service at reasonable cost - wren

After visiting Norris Honda and Firestone regarding a repair, I chose Graff's, as they seemed more confident about doing the job than Firestone and much less money than Norris Honda. Honda said they charged so much because their mechanics were certified - I asked because I knew the job did not take much time and the parts were not that expensive. Anyway, the job was done well by Graff's and within my budget. I recommend them.
