Actually, less than one-star ... service department is untrustworthy based on our experience:
(1) They recommended a new serpentine belt when one was purchased less than a year earlier at the same dealership.
(2) They refused to do a wheel alignment despite having made an appointment for one. They'd only do it if we bought 4-new tires for almost $1,000. The tires had plenty of tread left (confirmed later at Coleman Honda who performed the wheel alignment with no problem whatsoever).
(3) They gave us a higher price for brake rotors than that offered by other service advisors at this very dealership.
Lost our TRUST in O'Donnell Honda Service Department, especially their Service Department Manager (score ZERO). It's almost as if they want to take advantage of seniors.
