I've been to going to O'Donnell ever since I bought my first Honda in 1994. Their service department was always reliable up until the past 5 years when there appear to be more recalls. They don't seem to care to service the recalls. I'm still waiting to get service for 2 recalls - one that's been out for 2 years and a more recent and serious problem with the fuel pump. Despite the serious nature of the recall, and Honda issuing a notice as to the serious nature of the problem (possibly causing accidents) and to get the problem fixed at any Honda dealership ASAP, they actually had an automated message stating that if you didn't have a problem, then they would be scheduling repairs in March 2025!When I called back in January, the tech tells my car was scheduled for repair in April 2025. They apparently decided to just schedule it to be fixed along with the other recall that had been scheduled last year (summer 2024)! We have a road trip scheduled and the tech was rude and didn't care. I've purchased 3 Hondas from O'Donnell, but never again. You've lost a long time O'Donnell Honda customer.
