MR LEE AND MR WHITE HAD NO REGARDS FOR MY LIFE THIS DAY - robb33

YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED AT THIS PLACE ,Hour and a half left in the work day , heading to florida and i was turned away by the service manager DAN WHITE , i asked if they could check the fluid in my front differential because i heard a loud whining noise , i was told they were not interested in my business because i was hauling a trailer . I was asked to leave knowing i had a problem, my truck now sits in fredricksburg virginia at another chevy dealer waiting on a front differential, mine had literally fell apart internally because there was not enough fluid in it. Thanks CAPITAL and to add to this a MR.Lee replied to a review and blatantly lied about the whole thing. ive never met the man and he claimed he looked at my truck and didnt see anything wrong with it and decided i had no problem. I never left my truck so there was no way he ever looked at my truck at all. i really don't think he thought his response over to much before posting it, i called him out on it and got no reply. its more then obvious that capital is having major issues in the service dept. look at all the recent reviews, its all negative. Damage control should start by owning up to your faults and correcting them , not by calling the customer a liar and attacking the customer. UPDATE AS OF 8/12/19 this dealership has gone so low as to now they are fabricating outright stories that could have never happened. MR Lee AND MR WHITE had no regards for my life or anyone elses that day . knowingly allowing me to leave with front end problems , knowing i could have wrecked killed myself or others. all because i had trailer with a a mower on it. im ashamed to know these 2 still have jobs. i will do my best to expose this whole event As long as yall keep lying about what happened i will continue to update my review everyday to make sure yall are held accountable for what damage yall caused and still are causing.

Called multiple times and the only choice was to leave a message and someone would get back to you. Left several messages and no return call. How are you supposed to buy parts when you can't even find out if they have the part??? When should a potential customer expect a call back when their vehicle is broke down? Days later?

After receiving my car back from another local body shop I was totally devastated. It was horrible. My gray Cadillac CTS4 was 2-3 different colors/hues (GREEN). I was impressed with Criswell from the moment I drove onto the parking lot but the professionalism of Kevin Fleegle and Greg Harrell blew me away. The went over my car like a surgical team... every nook and cranny. They showed me all of the flaws and explainEd in layman's term how their resolve. The end product far exceeds my expectations. My car looked like it came straight off the showroom floor... SPECTACULAR

We scheduled an appt ahead of time and everything was ready when we showed up and took a minimal amount of time to check in and get a rental car. Car was ready when promised.

After visiting Norris Honda and Firestone regarding a repair, I chose Graff's, as they seemed more confident about doing the job than Firestone and much less money than Norris Honda. Honda said they charged so much because their mechanics were certified - I asked because I knew the job did not take much time and the parts were not that expensive. Anyway, the job was done well by Graff's and within my budget. I recommend them.

My Pontiac Grand Am was involved in a fender bender in which my trunk lid was bent and my rear bumper was punctured. Hanagan's was recommended to me as an inexpensive and high-quality auto repair shop. I was impressed with the quick and friendly service. Even when I had to return to have a followup repair (they had repainted my entire trunk lid and a little bit of the paint had come loose from where the trunk closed), they did the work quickly and cheerfully--no cost. It's never fun to have your car in the shop but Hanagan's at least makes the experience as stress-less as possible

I've been going to this dealer for years. Mr. Franz Pichardo has always been pleasant, professional, honest and tries his best to give his customers the best prices he can. My vehicle has lasted a long time because as far as I can tell, they do the work as it should be done. When I leave their establishment after having service done, I feel confident I won't have any problems. And I haven't. I'm sorry many people haven't had positive experiences there, but unfortunately it depends on who you deal with. Ms. Jeannie who schedules the appts. is great too.
