I have the most horrible experience in Acura, Annapolis yesterday. I took my car in for A1 service and AC blowing air on the driver's side. It took about two hours to diagnostic the problem and was told that repairing the issues will cost about $600+ which I agree to. It took them another 3 hours, then I was called that my car was ready. I paid and turned my car on before I left Acura, unbelievable, the AC was still blowing air. Minding you, I have been there for more than 5 hours. They gave me every excuse in the world, it was working before they park it, they don't know what happens. Maybe it might be something else because my car is 10 years old. I was confused because the reason I was charged for diagnostic was to find the problem and fix it. That is why I brought the car to the dealership, not the street mechanics. Dave was very rude and at a point yelling at me, I kept my calm, and he never apologizes and told me if they find something else I have to pay again. Refused to give me a loaner car, so I can go pick up my kids from summer camp after been in this place for more than 5 hours. Dave told me I can go to Enterprise to rent a car while they working on my cars. Unbelievable, I don't like to drive a loaner car, just to get my kids. After been at this place for 7hours, I was refunded and told not to bring my car to them anymore which was fine with me. I have been coming to the Acura in Annapolis for many years, never had a terrible experience like this, and David( Dave) used to be very polite. I guess since he is a new manager, you will know the truth about a man when you give them power. But, I asked to speak to the manager and I was told Mark no longer the manager and Dave is the new service manager and Steve is the overall manager. I left Steve a voicemail. The Acura in Annapolis used to be a very nice place to repair your care with excellent service. I will not be going back there again but there is a way to manage a mishap without being hostile and rude.

After receiving my car back from another local body shop I was totally devastated. It was horrible. My gray Cadillac CTS4 was 2-3 different colors/hues (GREEN). I was impressed with Criswell from the moment I drove onto the parking lot but the professionalism of Kevin Fleegle and Greg Harrell blew me away. The went over my car like a surgical team... every nook and cranny. They showed me all of the flaws and explainEd in layman's term how their resolve. The end product far exceeds my expectations. My car looked like it came straight off the showroom floor... SPECTACULAR

We scheduled an appt ahead of time and everything was ready when we showed up and took a minimal amount of time to check in and get a rental car. Car was ready when promised.

Excellent service at reasonable cost - wren

After visiting Norris Honda and Firestone regarding a repair, I chose Graff's, as they seemed more confident about doing the job than Firestone and much less money than Norris Honda. Honda said they charged so much because their mechanics were certified - I asked because I knew the job did not take much time and the parts were not that expensive. Anyway, the job was done well by Graff's and within my budget. I recommend them.

My Pontiac Grand Am was involved in a fender bender in which my trunk lid was bent and my rear bumper was punctured. Hanagan's was recommended to me as an inexpensive and high-quality auto repair shop. I was impressed with the quick and friendly service. Even when I had to return to have a followup repair (they had repainted my entire trunk lid and a little bit of the paint had come loose from where the trunk closed), they did the work quickly and cheerfully--no cost. It's never fun to have your car in the shop but Hanagan's at least makes the experience as stress-less as possible

I've been going to this dealer for years. Mr. Franz Pichardo has always been pleasant, professional, honest and tries his best to give his customers the best prices he can. My vehicle has lasted a long time because as far as I can tell, they do the work as it should be done. When I leave their establishment after having service done, I feel confident I won't have any problems. And I haven't. I'm sorry many people haven't had positive experiences there, but unfortunately it depends on who you deal with. Ms. Jeannie who schedules the appts. is great too.

I purchased a car from them on 8.21.20 my car was making humming noise before the end of the month. I took car back and I was told to.brinh it back another day. I brought my car back on 9.11.20 thinking that once I bring my car and the noise wA heard ,my car will get worked on. I was told they heard the noise and they think they know what the noise is coming from,i can take my car back home ans make an appointment to have the car service. WHAT A JOKE AND A WASTE OF MY TIME. I TOLD THE GUY NO!!,I'M NOT DRIVING THE CAR ANOTHER DAY AND I DON'T WANT TO KEEP HEARING THAT NOISE ONCE THE CAR IS STARTED. I WASN'T OFFERED A DEALER REPLACEMENT CAR UNTIL MY CAR GET FIXED. I WAS OFFERED A SHUTTLE RIDE TO WORK HOWEVER I WAS ON MY OWN THE WHOLE WEEKEND GETTING MYSELF TO AND FROM WORK BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE A CAR. THIS IS A POPULAR NAME DEALERSHIP AND THE SERVICE SUCKS AND I HAVE NEVER KNOWN A CAR DEALEESHIP THAT DON'T OFFER A DEALER/LOANER CAR TO THE CUSTOMER IF THEIR CAR COULDN'T BE FIXED THE SAME DAY. Would never recommend. Very poor service department. Repairs not completed. Agents do not answer messages left by phone and email....just one example: have taken car in 2 times to get sunroof leaks fixed. Entire inside of car wet with condensation, floor mats soaked in water. After 2 days and $800+ paid, leaks/water recurred. On 11/11 tried to make appt. via internet but site broken. Sent emails to Brian, service agent and Bob Schrader, Gen. manager to set appt. On 11/12, called, spoke to Leo, Service mgr. Said he would have my car picked up TODAY, would let me know time. Never heard frrom Leo. By 2pm, called Leo, Brian, left messages. Still no responses. Finally got Brian on phone at 4:30. He thought Leo made plans for pickup. Did not say why never answered voice mail messages. Said he would have car picked up tomorrow. FINALLY heard from Leo at 5pm, said he "got busy and forgot". Great service!!??,eh?I Am NOT associated with VW dealership or service. center.
