Ordered a new 3800rk last year. Multiple issues including high end parts. For instance, the forward AC unit never worked. I emailed the the company last spring and of course they said I had to bring it in ( even tho I own an RV repair business.) I get it. I could not get it there until the fall. Mean while, I went on the roof and the cowling/cover had beed smashed and was crudely plastic welded and bowed looked like crap, when we took the cover off, the unit looked like it had been dropped on its head. The compressor was listing 20 to 25 degrees and 2 or the 3 bolts holding it on to the frame were busted. The black wire to the compressor was sheered off as the cap covering the terminals was smashed the cover hit so hard against the wire it cut it clean in half. Videos were taken. After fixing the wire with a wire nut and not a shrink wrapped connector ( it was meant to be a temp thing to show the dealer) the unit replacement was denied because the wire nut was on it. It was a complete scheme to defraud us and now we have to litigate. You would think the dealer would be advocating as their reputation is at stake. Nope they have had the rig 3.5 months and won't respond to progress report requests. There are other big issues but the one I stated is criminal. Still waiting from answers, I am dealing with the Joppa store because low and behold the store near my house closed their repair shop this fall and we had to bring it 2 hours to the Joppa store. After 2 months of trying to talk to the store manager, he has yet to answer an email or the phone. THAT IS INSANE to do business like that. It seems their business model after taking your money for the new units is to delay, deflect and deny to save them money. Unfortunately I have to waste time
