I've always taken my Porsche for service at Porsche Hunt - robertporsche718
I've always taken my Porsche for service at Porsche Hunt Valley (and Porsche Towson before they moved). Service consultant Brian Rogers is excellent, and one of the main reasons I keep taking my Porsche for service at the dealership, in addition to qualified mechanics working on my car. I really appreciate the videos that are sent, explaining the service and, if any, visually pointing out the servicing needed. I do wish the pricing could be a bit more competitive, but then it is Porsche.
One reason for four stars instead of five - on my last servicing, when I picked up my car, the seats had been moved, perhaps when servicing or cleaning. When I pushed the pre-sets on the door, both one and two were wildly different than what I had programed. The seat backs leaned back into an almost horizontal position, and the seat moved way backward, as if I had preset for a 7' person. Fortunately, I had used my "second" key to take to the dealership, so when I used my primary key, the seat returned to my preset. I'm so glad I not only stored the seat positions on the presets on the doors, but also paired them to the keys. I'm not sure how the second key was unpaired to the presets, and how they were changed. But it was an slightly unpleasant event.
Other than that issue, I'm still satisfied with PHV, and most likely will take my Porsche back again when service is required.
