I recently purchased a new car from Passport Mini of Montgomery County in Maryland, I had the pleasure of working with, what I would say an excellent salesperson, whose name is Edio Alarco. I actually went to service my old mini and was looking at the new inventory and Edio approached me to see if I had any questions, which I did. He went on to explain the new car function, before I knew it, we went for a test drive. I was sold after the test drive. He made the sales process smooth and fast and effortless. He really took care of me, was very professional and pleasant. After the purchase, he took time to show me how to work everything in my new car. The next day he called to make sure I had no questions. This was a most pleasant experience. Since i did not plan to purchase a new car, I did not have my title and second key on hand, Edio picked up my title and key from my home to save me a drive back to the dealership.
