So, at my age have had my share of dealership experiences and without question Preston Ford was the single best experience I have ever had. From Jacob in sales, to the folks in Finance, to the delivery dude who drove it all the way to NJ. My plates even showed up in record time. No dealer near me could touch their deal, just an overall amazing experience with Preston Ford. Needless to say I will be back for sure.

Tried calling the service department to ask the price of an oil change for my 2021 Arteon. First attempt as going well until I was transferred to the service department. The phone rang and rang until a recording came on stating the mail box was full and could no longer receive any messages. Second call to the phone number listed on the website. Rang a couple of times until a female answered “Good morning” then line went dead. We have a 2021 Arteon and an 2022 Atlas. Getting ready to trade one or both in but, when you cannot get anyone in the service department to answer a simple question leads me to think on looking at Lexus or Mercedes as they don’t seem to have many complaints on their service departments.
