However, Greg, my service advisor, set the right expectations when I dropped off the car and explained the delay upfront. Throughout the process, Greg communicated clearly and consistently. He explained the problems with my vehicle, discussed the available solutions, and worked with me to make sure everything was addressed properly. Overall, I give Land Rover Bethesda a five-star rating. My experience was especially positive because of Greg’s outstanding customer service.
