I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, assuming it was ready for sale since it was on the lot. However, they sold me the car without completing the required Maryland state inspection. This created a potentially dangerous situation and caused significant inconvenience to my life. While I was on vacation, I received calls requesting that I bring the car back for inspection. This disrupted my personal time, and I had to take time off work to resolve the issue—something that should not have happened in the first place. The staff showed little to no remorse for their serious oversight, treating the matter casually and brushing it off as unimportant. To make matters worse, they have a hidden optional fee for a sales commission, so be cautious when purchasing from them—they may try to sneak extra charges. I strongly advise against financing through them as well. My experience was incredibly stressful and took away all the excitement of buying a new car. After working so hard to purchase a vehicle, this situation caused me immense anxiety and disappointment. The dealership’s lack of accountability and professionalism left a lasting negative impression. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

My whole purchase process with Fred Frederick was very smooth and completely hassle free. Salesperson Susan and Allen are professional and keep their promised price, which was negotiated through emails. Financial manager Mark checked with several financial institutions to help me find the lowest rate for my loan. They even worked overtime with me at the Friday night to complete transactions because of my late arrival. I can't be more satisfied with this dealership, and to be honest, they are above my expectation.

Everyone that I spoke with there was incredibly kind. They were extremely patient and understanding. In my case, they took the time to explain where I had gone wrong in my calculation of a lease payment and were never snarky or demeaning about it. Jimmy, Taylor, and Mr. Dorgan are the employees that I got a chance to speak with by phone. At such a point when I thought that I would not hear from them again, they reached back out and were more than happy to discuss and explain the aforementioned situation. I can confidently say that you'll be in good hands when transacting with them. Their pricing is also highly competitive depending on the point to which you're willing to negotiate. All in all, it's a fantastic place to procure your next ride.

I bought a car on July 10th. I made sure (in writing) that financing was APPROVED before I signed and drive off in the car. I made it very clear that I did not want to drive a car I didn't own. Everything was fine for 9 days. Suddenly and without warning, Autoland needed me to sign a different financing agreement. In Maryland, dealer sales are final after four days (maximum). If the dealer wants to take car back, they have to legally repossess it. Instead, Autoland stole the car from my driveway.

I took my Grand Cherokee to get service and repairs. After 6 months of poor and incomplete work done by their mechanics, I will never return. So sad because they are the closest dealer. They can't even get a recall repair right.
