Fitzgerald has been my favorite car dealership since I purchased back in 2014. I have sent many friends and family members to Fitzgerald since then and they love the buying experience as well. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing Bobby! He’s very patient and will do everything in his power to find you exactly what you are looking for.

I already had done pretty extensive research and knew which vehicle I had wanted by the time I walked into Fitzgerald's; I had even corresponded with one of the salesman, Blaine, because the vehicle I was interested in was in route to their location. This made things much easier, and I was informed when the vehicle was delivered so I could go in, look at it and make the purchase. The purchasing process itself took a decent amount of time (I went into the dealership ready to make the sale on the vehicle and was still there for 2 1/2 hours), but there were a few hiccups that were out of Fitzgerald's control and I won't hold that against them. Pushing for an extended warranty, while I understand is the nature of the car sales business, was a little unsettling, but it was nice that two separate Bill of Sales were created to show what my final price would be with and without the warranty added into it. In general, everyone I talked to was extremely personable and polite, and it gave me confidence that I was buying from a great business. They allowed me to pick up the vehicle the next day, and had it washed and ready for me to drive it off the lot when I arrived the next morning. I would definitely recommend Fitzgerald to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle!

Another awesome experience at Jim Coleman Cadillac. Arslan, Godwin really went above and beyond. I came in less than hopeful and left extremely satisfied with the entire process. I keep coming back to buy more cars becuse of how pleasant the experience is. Great job guys 10 stars in my book. For the GM (Arslan) to greet us himself and work the deal, it's unheard of in a big dealership like this. The finance manager Godwin, went through everything with lots of explanation. Did not push to buy anything, and for that I bought the extended warranty. Thank you all for the Jon well done.

After a daunting experience at Chevy of Bowie, I was pissed & felt like I was being ROBBED from the service advisor there $265 for an oil change on my 2019 Corvette. I immediately called my original service team at Chevy of Waldorf to check if I had paid anything close to that price which I know that I hadn’t , when Victoria told me to come down there immediately so that they can handle the exact same Mobile 1 synthetic oil change for $120 it was explained to me that they don’t know what or who they get the same oil from but that was an OUTRAGEOUS price for that & I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO CHEVY OF BOWIE!!!

I leased my 3rd Cadillac today using my same salesman, Robert Alexander at Capital Cadillac. Once again, Robert was able to anticipate what I wanted and like, He was able to have precisely what I wanted and what suits me. It is refreshing to have someone in this business who does not make you feel "pressured" and who honors what I think is right for me. In years past, I have had the opposite opinion of some car dealers and salesmen. Not only was Robert hospitable, Kevin Graham remembered many things he and I had discussed 3 1/2 years ago when I leased my last Cadillac. These personable touches make a customer feel appreciated and that they are not being "sold a bill of goods." LOL. Even if we are, I feel better about it because the dealership is so helpful and concerned about making my experience wonderful.

I needed to get a key made for my chevrolet. I arrived and they gave me the ridiculous price for it, I already knew they charged high prices for these keys and was prepared for that. I was willing and ready to pay, then they asked me for my registration. I'd already give them my VIN number but they wanted my registration and license. The issue is that I drive a company vehicle for work. I start work before parts department opens, I leave work after their parts department closes. That's not the real problem. The real problem is that I was told the reason that they needed the registration was because they were having problems with their key machine and that they needed my registration and driver's license. Please do not insult my intelligence. Obviously you're concerned about theft but you're lying to me and trying to tell me that it's something wrong with your key machine. At least be honest with me if you're going to inconvenience me. I will never return.

I recently dealth with the dealership based on the recommendation of my sister and brother-in-law who were friends of the owner. They swore by the owner stating "he is a caring person (supposedly a paster of a churh) and will give you the best deal possible. He gave me a loaner vehicle while searching for one that met my initial criteria. This was on a Monday and I made arrangements on Friday to find out what he found. I originally asked for a truck but when considering the costs in gas and repair, I took his suggestion on a car. He met with me, my sister and brother-in-law. When disussing the price of the car, he stated the "bottom line" was $11,200.00. He wanted me to take the car home for the weekend and meet on Monday to make the final decision. The meeting took place with the same people present and I signed the paperwork (which was blank). I was very happy to get a nice car at a decent price and trusted the dealer to deliver on his word (the owner in fact). When I received the paperwork in the mail, the price was $1800.00 higher at almost $13000.00!!!!!!!! I will never trust this person again nor buy a car from this dealership!! I can't imagine this person at church teaching "Thou Shall Not Lie" "Thou Shall Not Steal"
