Outstanding service. Aaron is the best salesman on the planet. A very sharp dressing salesman at that. He came in sick to help me get my new Cadillac Escalade ESV. His Knowledge of Cadillac's is unmatched. He got the Job done. Debbie is unbelievable and she helped me through all the paperwork and was Patient and very understanding. Team work makes the Dream Work. Now all I have to do is Convert them both over to Pittsburgh Steelers fans. If your looking for a Cadillac you need to go to Millers Brothers period. Another awesome experience at Jim Coleman Cadillac. Arslan, Godwin really went above and beyond. I came in less than hopeful and left extremely satisfied with the entire process. I keep coming back to buy more cars becuse of how pleasant the experience is. Great job guys 10 stars in my book. For the GM (Arslan) to greet us himself and work the deal, it's unheard of in a big dealership like this. The finance manager Godwin, went through everything with lots of explanation. Did not push to buy anything, and for that I bought the extended warranty. Thank you all for the Jon well done.

After a daunting experience at Chevy of Bowie, I was pissed & felt like I was being ROBBED from the service advisor there $265 for an oil change on my 2019 Corvette. I immediately called my original service team at Chevy of Waldorf to check if I had paid anything close to that price which I know that I hadn’t , when Victoria told me to come down there immediately so that they can handle the exact same Mobile 1 synthetic oil change for $120 it was explained to me that they don’t know what or who they get the same oil from but that was an OUTRAGEOUS price for that & I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO CHEVY OF BOWIE!!!

I leased my 3rd Cadillac today using my same salesman, Robert Alexander at Capital Cadillac. Once again, Robert was able to anticipate what I wanted and like, He was able to have precisely what I wanted and what suits me. It is refreshing to have someone in this business who does not make you feel "pressured" and who honors what I think is right for me. In years past, I have had the opposite opinion of some car dealers and salesmen. Not only was Robert hospitable, Kevin Graham remembered many things he and I had discussed 3 1/2 years ago when I leased my last Cadillac. These personable touches make a customer feel appreciated and that they are not being "sold a bill of goods." LOL. Even if we are, I feel better about it because the dealership is so helpful and concerned about making my experience wonderful.
