I have been shopping for Audi Q7 Prestige White with black interior for few months, and purchased from Audi Rockville. I had a great experience at Audi Rockville! and Kenneth Chang helped me get a great deal. I am from Richmond, VA and almost talked to every dealership in 100 miles radius and Rockville beat them all. Rockville Audi is very transparent in their purchase process, and disclosing all discounts they can offer. I made the deal without even looking at the car or test drive. Ken Chang was super supportive with speedy response and we had finalized deal just over couple of phone calls. The entire process was very smooth once we reached the dealership, and took a quick test drive, and finished the paper work. I shared my purchase details with other Audi dealerships, and everyone agreed that they cannot beat that price. I recommend Audi Rockville with 5 star rating for anyone who is looking to buy/lease an Audi in Mid-Atlantic. I bet no one can beat the pricing and customer service they offer.

The salesman Mickey was outstanding. Very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. We felt very comfortable having Mickey as our salesman. He wasn't pushy at all. Mickey gave us options for us to choose. Also, the finance woman was great! We knew we came to the right place to buy our car! That's how they made us feel.

They don’t keep their word. 2 mo waiting on a car. Let loan expire. Was told to come pick up the car and test driving before leaving the dealership on to be told they let my loan expire and being left with no car. I don’t mind being turned down but don’t have waiting on a car for 2 months they said I was approved for and then dropped the ball. I have no car and have to build my credit up from all the hard credit pulls after they let first loan expire. The one star is for the sales person Mr. Kramer. He is a honest salesman that had no idea what finance department was doing. He was just as shocked as we were. But for this dealership Is not for the middle or lower class. Just for upper class people that can put 50% down or pay for car in cash. Me personally I will never give my money to anything with the Criswell name on it.

I recently purchased a 2017 Q7 and the deal went very smoothly. I highly recommend General Sales Mgr. Karl Pugh, Finance Mgr. Greg Kaplan and Internet Sales Mgr. Ryan Ducket as I was in and out in no time with what I consider as competitive a deal as one could hope for. All great guys too ... I felt in good company with these gentlemen!
