He took the time to walk me through all the features and made sure I felt completely comfortable before I left. I recently traded my Lexus for a 2025 all-newAudi Q5. Shortly after the purchase, I experienced a minor issue with a side sensor, but it was resolved quickly and professionally. The dealership provided me with a loaner car for 48 hours while my Audi was being serviced, which made the process very convenient. Marcus, the general manager, handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and care. They even delivered my new Audi directly to my residence and picked up the loaner car, which I greatly appreciated. I addition, they provided me with a complimentary first-year service. Upon purchasing the vehicle, I also received an excellent trade-in value for my Lexus.and a great discount on my new Audi. Overall, I'm satisfied with a service and recommend this dealership.

Brian was very polite, patient and kind. He took the time to get all of my questions answered by his manager Dax who was also amazing. Not to mention the finance lady Tiffany was sweet too, had a great sense of humor and very efficient. She deserves a raise!! The Audi team is owings mills rock!!

They don’t keep their word. 2 mo waiting on a car. Let loan expire. Was told to come pick up the car and test driving before leaving the dealership on to be told they let my loan expire and being left with no car. I don’t mind being turned down but don’t have waiting on a car for 2 months they said I was approved for and then dropped the ball. I have no car and have to build my credit up from all the hard credit pulls after they let first loan expire. The one star is for the sales person Mr. Kramer. He is a honest salesman that had no idea what finance department was doing. He was just as shocked as we were. But for this dealership Is not for the middle or lower class. Just for upper class people that can put 50% down or pay for car in cash. Me personally I will never give my money to anything with the Criswell name on it.

I recently purchased a 2017 Q7 and the deal went very smoothly. I highly recommend General Sales Mgr. Karl Pugh, Finance Mgr. Greg Kaplan and Internet Sales Mgr. Ryan Ducket as I was in and out in no time with what I consider as competitive a deal as one could hope for. All great guys too ... I felt in good company with these gentlemen!
