I ordered a 2025 NX 350h. In a beautiful bronze color. I was always kept up to date on the status of the car and delivery date. When it arrived Tim notified me and set up a convenient time for the sale to take place. That day went very smoothly…all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. I received lots of information and instructions on the new features and I felt confident to drive away! Love the car. I know that if I have questions or need further help with the features I can call and make an appointment.

Have a recall on my 2020 Camaro. I called to make a appointment to have it done. Was told only do it at 7:30 or 1:00 which does not work with my schedule. At this point I asked to speak to the service manager and was on hold for 15 min and finally hung up.I thought the whole idea behind service was to work with your customer not here. This is the second time could not even get first oil change done because couldn't get a appointment time that works for my schedule. Also guess they don't care about the safety of their customers and family.

Yes, my vehicle took days to repair, but they graciously provided a loaner.
