Attempted to get a Maine State inspection prior to re-registering in Maine from NC temp. Was told I will now have to come back to actually get a sticker, after, registering, which will mean operating and 'uninspected' vehicle or having it towed in order to get the sticker.

Have a recall on my 2020 Camaro. I called to make a appointment to have it done. Was told only do it at 7:30 or 1:00 which does not work with my schedule. At this point I asked to speak to the service manager and was on hold for 15 min and finally hung up.I thought the whole idea behind service was to work with your customer not here. This is the second time could not even get first oil change done because couldn't get a appointment time that works for my schedule. Also guess they don't care about the safety of their customers and family.

We also appreciated the discount offered to us by the finance dept for our undercoating and extended warranty since we were returning customers purchasing our 2nd vehicle from Rowe. This is our first Hyundai vehicle and we are hoping it is a reliable vehicle.
