Great communication and quick service when scheduled. Alyssa Middleton and Parker Sowles went above and beyond to accommodate some out of the ordinary requests for a track alignment on my Miata, a track day tech inspection and mounting some loose wheels and tires. Very painless service experience.

Recently moved to the area after using a different Mazda dealer for all maintenance for the first 60K miles in my Mazda 6. I will admit I didn't inquire about cost. The service was timely, but I was unpleasantly surprised when I received the bill for almost $80 for an oil change and tire rotation. At my previous dealer that was at most a $50 charge and $40 with a coupon. Also they said that my brakes would be needing change soon, the old dealer said $200-$250 for that, their estimate started at $350 and could go higher! Needless to say I will not be going back there.
