Made an appointment to have my snow tires mounted on - upritham
Made an appointment to have my snow tires mounted on Forester and I explicitly stated that I did not want a 4-point inspection which was previously done 2 most ago and I paid a considerable amount of money for those repairs. Young, disrespectful service tech did not listen and completed another inspection and insisted that I needed more repairs at a high cost. Totally unethical to disregard my request. I have purchased numerous vehicles from Quirk and will not do so in the future.
Efficient. - Rod
The sales person, Kelly, was very helpful during and after the sale. As "tires for life" dependent on maintaining a complete file of service I would recommend keeping personal records. High service costs more than pay dealership for tires.
Recently moved to the area after using a different Mazda... - fezzik
Recently moved to the area after using a different Mazda dealer for all maintenance for the first 60K miles in my Mazda 6. I will admit I didn't inquire about cost. The service was timely, but I was unpleasantly surprised when I received the bill for almost $80 for an oil change and tire rotation. At my previous dealer that was at most a $50 charge and $40 with a coupon. Also they said that my brakes would be needing change soon, the old dealer said $200-$250 for that, their estimate started at $350 and could go higher! Needless to say I will not be going back there.
