Always greeted promptly, went in for an oil change and tire rotation, offered a coupon but the service advisor said she had a better one which was much appreciated. Clean waiting area and plenty of space, bottled water available. Only complaint was they said it would take 45 minutes and It took 1.5 hours. Will definitely return. Trustworthy service

When it came to paying. The service guys would NOT help at all in access my extended warranty from Varney GMC. Only wanted my credit card. Once that was done paying attention to me was over. Since the warranty wasn't interested computer they just assume it was cheap and I had enough of them I did tell them that since they weren't will go help this means I won't be back. They didn't seem to care.

We just left this dealership after pulling in announced in our diesel dually pulling our big 5th wheel camper and all the dummy lights on the dashboard lit up. My husband explained we were traveling and Brandon got us right in. The service tech was excellent and had everything fixed and us back on the road in three hours. We needed a def pump. Now THAT is good service when strangers pull in and they take care of us right away. Thank you!

Salespeople were great, however the service department and Darlings service after the sale made for some of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. Instead of standing behind the vehicle I bought ("Certified" and under factory warranty), every visit to Darlings resulted in the series problems with the truck not getting fixed, Darlings telling me they did work they didn't do on some issues and also refusing to make good on other issues, like selling the truck "Certified" and with a Maine State Inspection, but after purchasing I unfortunately learned there was illegal window tint on the windows and Darlings refused to take care of it, despite having sold it and stickering it that way.

Top-notch service as usual, great team, great dealership. Always courteous and professional, came in for an oil change was told 40 minutes was out in less than 30.

This is more of a public service announcement than a review. If you've got a Bolt or similar Chevy electric car you'll want to avoid this dealership. My wife had a caliper get stuck on I-95 near mile 70. So she called Emerson and described the problem. The service guy's response was along the lines of "Yeah yeah, it happens all the time and you bought one of those 'odd ball' cars, that was what you would get." He also let her know that it would take 2-3 MONTHS to get it fixed. First of all the calipers on the Bolt are the same as on any other Chevy. The fact that he didn't know this is a bit scary. What else does he not know about brakes? Second, saying this to a woman stuck on the side of the road with her 2 kids on the Friday before Memorial Day isn't really good customer service. With friends like this Chevrolet definitely doesn't need more enemies!

We brought two vehicles in for attention on 15 Feb. Yearly inspection/stickers due. My husband's 2016 Silverado had issues - Quickly and pleasantly remedied. My 2018 Equinox also had wear due to driving on the firelane where we live. That too was addressed. From the service tech to the shuttle driver.. all day. It was a great experience. Thank you. See you next year.
