I have purchased two trucks from this dealership and I'm about to purchase another, the people are great, they thrive on customer service unlike other dealerships (Darlings). Mr. Lovejoy has been nothing less then great on finding and getting what I wanted in a truck. Their service department is wonderful to deal with and again unlike (Darlings in Augusta). If you have to travel to Farmington from Augusta it's worth the drive to this dealership and what they don't have they can sure try and find it for you. I live close to 8 hours away from the dealership, so I was a little hesitant about doing a deal from that far away; however, Dorian and the team made this a very easy process. They were willing to deliver the vehicle right to me and pick up my trade. Pricing was far more competitive than dealers closer to me, and they paid a high value for my trade. From start to finish, I never felt pressured, and I received timely answers throughout the entire process. Have a recall on my 2020 Camaro. I called to make a appointment to have it done. Was told only do it at 7:30 or 1:00 which does not work with my schedule. At this point I asked to speak to the service manager and was on hold for 15 min and finally hung up.I thought the whole idea behind service was to work with your customer not here. This is the second time could not even get first oil change done because couldn't get a appointment time that works for my schedule. Also guess they don't care about the safety of their customers and family.

I bought a 2016 Charger there in 2017. It's a great car. This time at the service department they were super friendly and communicative. They have never been able to find out why my engine light likes to stay on. It's been an evap code since the first time it started to shine it's little glow. At this point, it's not worth the time. I brought it in the end of last year and while in there I had them check for a noise, which I described as a scraping. I thought it was the spoiler underneath, nope. Fast forward to 1000 miles over warranty and I had to have both drive shafts replaced. So with the parts not being available, I ordered one of them because I was told it was on backorder and no word on timeframe of availability. Literally the day before I get the one I ordered the Mopar comes in. The thing that bothers me is the $121 restocking fee which they did not mention. Other then that this was an okay visit, I believe they resolved my issue.

Will buy there again, and again. I bought a '15 Grand Cherokee. The staff was very low pressure, completely unlike other dealers. The car was delivered in immaculate condition, excellent value compared to the book value on kbb, they even topped up the tank! Overall very accommodating, professional, helpful, the way car buying should be.

I just bought a used Toyota Tacoma at this dealership. The salesperson was helpful, respectful and courteous. He was easy to work with and was positive when asked more than once for the best deal available on the used vehicle. He was assisted by others in completing the sale. It is a young, able and friendly team and an experience that was lacking in stress. We were able to come to a very fair price.

Very good customer service. Being one of the 1st few to purchase a Chrysler product from this dealership, things went pretty smoothly as the staff is still learning the new system. Very accommodating. Highly recommended for anyone is the market for a new or used vehicle.
