Renisha was wonderful to work with. - ljacobs2
Renisha was wonderful to work with. She is a great communicator; keeping me informed about the service to be provided, the status, and then when it was finished. She is extremely professional and personable. Ira Honda is fortunate to have her on its team!
Robert Tremaine was a pleasurer to work with, he did not - ljohnsen11
Robert Tremaine was a pleasurer to work with, he did not pressure me into anything, he has a calming voice, patients and listened to everything I wanted. He also had to jump through hoops to get my interest met, 48 hours to test drive the CRV I wanted. It was worth the wait. I'm very pleased with my CRV and Robert.

We had a wonderful trade in experience at Lee Honda this - purdy4
We had a wonderful trade in experience at Lee Honda this week. They didn’t have the color that we wanted so they searched for one. It’s exactly what we wanted. Scott Lessard led us through the whole process. We are very pleased with Scott and the deal we got! Thank you everyone! Sincerely, Connie Purdy

No sense of urgency with getting floor mats or visors for - Zhanlon
No sense of urgency with getting floor mats or visors for my vehicle. Not even the first aid kit. Honday surveys are bought for 10/10s and i would assume the same with their facebook. Maybe was a one off experience? But with no follow up from them i assume its just the way they do business.
Don't waste your time shopping or service - Maine30
Darlings Honda of Bangor ME will always match if not beat their pricing on vehicles. Service department that is not customer service oriented. Looking to get money from single woman who they think don't know any better. Are un-informative and refuse to ask or listen to ways to better their service or processes. General manager Todd Embelton in fact hung up on me after cutting me off in conversation and not even asking me my reason for speaking with him. He's lost a customer for good.
