We had a great experience in January when we first started the vehicle shopping process. Kaleb Smith was great, even though we didn’t buy that day. Went back on February 28, and Curran was great while Kaleb was extremely busy. Trey Prouty was also wonderful and we purchased a 2026 Honda Passport Trailsport.

Darlings Honda of Bangor ME will always match if not beat their pricing on vehicles. Service department that is not customer service oriented. Looking to get money from single woman who they think don't know any better. Are un-informative and refuse to ask or listen to ways to better their service or processes. General manager Todd Embelton in fact hung up on me after cutting me off in conversation and not even asking me my reason for speaking with him. He's lost a customer for good.
