From our first visit to do a test drive to our second visit for talking and paperwork, we felt no pressure and received all information we needed to make a decision. My husband and I worked with Jake Simard, who was professional and friendly. We felt in control the whole time and guided by Jake when needed. The financial sit down was smooth as well. Simple questions and answers about what we wanted to add and no push back when we said no. It was the fastest leasing experience we've ever had at a dealership. When it came to paying. The service guys would NOT help at all in access my extended warranty from Varney GMC. Only wanted my credit card. Once that was done paying attention to me was over. Since the warranty wasn't interested computer they just assume it was cheap and I had enough of them I did tell them that since they weren't will go help this means I won't be back. They didn't seem to care.

Have good service for my Chevy - Small town service.

Always can find what you wanted in a car or pick-up. Service is A-1 in my book. Sales force will go the extra mile for you. The owner is always looking out for you to get a great deal.
