The sales department at Casco Bay Ford makes the experience fun and pressure free. They all get along and banter with not just themselves but their customers as well. We laughed so much that we forgot we were buying a $40,000 car. Rob even bought us coffees and our kids apple juice at the gas station when he filled up the gas tank! Rob was so good with us having our young children there and making sure he worked efficiently so the kids didn’t burn out spending unnecessary amounts of time there.

Worst experience of my Life. I am mentally disabled and they took my car. I ended up with a 13,000 dollar loan for a subaru with 14800.00 miles on it. They stole m y car . They pressured me to buy it in every way. At 63, and on a fixed income.... this has changed my whole Life. Don t go here. Seth, Ethan , Shawn and Allan work as a team to get you to buy. I m still crying over my experience here.

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed, and Seth did his best to listen to my needs and did an outstanding job with the sales manager to make sure I was happy and made the deal happen even when I was ready to give up and leave at no fault of Seth or the dealership. I have anxiety and it takes a lot for me to do things like buying new cars. This will be the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Rowe and my second from Seth. Seth goes above and beyond always making sure you have everything you need like something to drink and updated on everything that is going on with the paperwork or the vehicle. He takes his time to go over the numbers and welcomes any questions as he doesnt want you leaving with any but will always be there to answer any you have in the future. I bought my SUV Saturday June 28th and this morning June 30th called me to see how things were going with my new rig and if I have any questions. 10 out 10 I recommend Rowe Westbrook for any Ford, Hyundai or pre owned Sales as I have bought 2 Fords and this will be my first Hyundai or Service work needed. And Craig was very welcoming when I showed up for my appointment. He even went above and beyond to call me as soon as it was done as I was waiting for my vehicle. Thank you very much!! Been coming here for years and there's definitely a reason why. Great service. (Even the friendly ladies in the office)

Not enough room here to say what is needed but regardless The Fleet I run had a truck sitting there for almost 11 months, was told and documented on our side the truck was getting a short block with heads and in the end, all that was done was a rocker arm and pipe reattached, over 10 months to do this job. Unacceptable in time wise, almost zero follow ups but maybe one or two calls. When parts were back ordered they did not call to tell, I had to call in to find that out. Per the paperwork there was no short block/heads in story or billed on paperwork for this that was told to us we were getting replaced and they were waiting on parts for months due to backorder from ford. The worst of this all is being lied too. I manage a fleet of over 600 Ford trucks ranging from 150's to 750's and worked at 3 ford dealers in my 26 years in automotive, heavy duty and have NEVER experienced this kind of customer service ever.

2013 focus with the transmission shutter. This is a continuous problem and is a Problem with all is these cars Now it's acting up again same problem Now because I'm 12 days out of warranty Ford will not honor these defective and well Established problem stay away from ford focus And fusion pure junk! These cars are complete Lemons and ford knows and refuses to buy it Back.. Varney ford has the worst customer service j have ever seen .
