Overall very good. The man in the parts department, who I spoke with initially, was very helpful. The man I inquired with in the service dept provided me with the information I needed., though he was a bit abrupt. The man I spoke with on the phone who scheduled my appointment was very pleasant, and the young woman I spoke with initially in the service dept the day I dropped my car off and picked it up was very pleasant and helpful. The labor and parts charges seemed high. I had to have a narrow strip of trim replaced between the rear passenger window and fixed glass on my 2022 Explorer. To do so, they had to replace the entire window frame at a cost of $600. The 3 hour labor charge to install it added another $700 to the bill. When I picked it up I noticed a corner piece that held the fixed glass in place was not seated properly. The service manager said it had been torn and they would order a replacement at no additional cost. He was very apologetic and said they would get me right into the shop when they received the part.
