Ken Sweet provided the utmost professionalism, was extremely knowledgeable and insured our questions and concerns were answered and addressed. Ken is genuinely a great salesman that showed respect and kindness throughout the entire sales process. Everything went extremely smooth — it was a no pressure experience. We brought two vehicles in for attention on 15 Feb. Yearly inspection/stickers due. My husband's 2016 Silverado had issues - Quickly and pleasantly remedied. My 2018 Equinox also had wear due to driving on the firelane where we live. That too was addressed. From the service tech to the shuttle driver.. all day. It was a great experience. Thank you. This is more of a public service announcement than a review. If you've got a Bolt or similar Chevy electric car you'll want to avoid this dealership. My wife had a caliper get stuck on I-95 near mile 70. So she called Emerson and described the problem. The service guy's response was along the lines of "Yeah yeah, it happens all the time and you bought one of those 'odd ball' cars, that was what you would get." He also let her know that it would take 2-3 MONTHS to get it fixed. First of all the calipers on the Bolt are the same as on any other Chevy. The fact that he didn't know this is a bit scary. What else does he not know about brakes? Second, saying this to a woman stuck on the side of the road with her 2 kids on the Friday before Memorial Day isn't really good customer service. With friends like this Chevrolet definitely doesn't need more enemies!

He was helpful, efficient and all around awesome to work with and I was in and out with my new car in about three hours which is almost unheard of. Highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a new vehicle!

When it came to paying. The service guys would NOT help at all in access my extended warranty from Varney GMC. Only wanted my credit card. Once that was done paying attention to me was over. Since the warranty wasn't interested computer they just assume it was cheap and I had enough of them I did tell them that since they weren't will go help this means I won't be back. They didn't seem to care.

Have good service for my Chevy - Small town service.

Always can find what you wanted in a car or pick-up. Service is A-1 in my book. Sales force will go the extra mile for you. The owner is always looking out for you to get a great deal.
