No follow up to issues at service and quoted trade then changed value ar closing because they took longer to deliver ordered vehicle. Service waiting room dirty and very poor amenities. Somehow when you buy a BMW you expect a little better treatment. This was our first service after purchasing. Balance machine was broken also. Wanted follow up with tech guy and service writer left message which wasn’t followed up by tech person.
