My experience since buying from this dealership has been terrible. There has been issues with paperwork, failing parts (engine, cooling, brakes) in a car with 36k miles that I'd had for two months. Andy has been nothing but disrespectful and hard to work for. He refuses to take accountability and gets caught in a lie in almost every interaction I have with him. I eventually contacted his boss with all of my concerns. Everyone else I have communicated with has been really great. It's sad to see that all of these issues I'm having clouds my opinion of them. I would not recommend anyone to buy a used car from Andy. His attitude is terrible and you're probably going to end up with nothing but issues.

Seriously the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever made in my life. I found the used VW I was interested in online. The Thompson website had all the information, all the photographs, the Carfax, and it was very competitively priced. The Certified Preowned warranty was the icing on the cake. David LeClair, the Internet Sales Manager, is very knowledgeable and experienced and could tell me everything I needed to know about the vehicle, the warranty, and the service. He even secured me a better financing rate than my own bank could offer. No haggling over price, no pushing extended warranties, no unanswered questions about the vehicle. I left there in record time as a very satisfied customer.
