Exactly what i expected - Tyler Drude

Called tuesday to scedule my 10k mile service, was able to get an appointment the next day. I was greated quickly upon arrival, vehicle was take care of in under an hour (closer to a half hour), CSR showed me the indpection paper and explained it. Let me know my next suggested service and that i woild be contacted soon to get it scheduled.

I had to wait for almost 2 hours to get my 2020 Toyota Highlander's 10k mile service. I had made an appointment. All they had to do was change the oil and rotate the tires. I will not get my service done at this dealership again! At my previous dealership, I rarely waited for more than 30 minutes.

No one but Van Trow Service has worked on my Highlander since I bought it including oil changes. It is in tiptop condition and it's going on eleven years. MY Service representative has never failed to deliver.

Great reception crew...Chance, Austin, Newman, and Payne. Chance took my car back and had them fix a tire. They kept me busy and before I realized it. My car was ready. There's a lot of knowledge between these guys. Professional, friendly, attentative, knowledgeable, and above all very respectful and kind to this 77 year old senior citizen. Chance is my main helper. It was a treat, and I shall return. I love my Toyota Carolla and trust Walker Toyota. Thanks

Wonderful Place to Buy or Service a Toyota! - Toyota4Life85

Our family has stayed with Yokem throughout the years, with my parents being the exception with their two most recent vehicles. Sales experience has always been great, service has been wonderful (minus the overprice oil change, but thats with majority of dealerships.) Gary Lindsay is my particular advisor and he is amazing!! Anytime my car is kept overnight, he will set me up with a courtesy vehicle until mine is finished. As far as sales go, Leonard Washington is the guy that sold us our vehicles. He's always been very nice to us. He is now the sales manager, but the entire staff is wonderful. My only complaint is that the chairs in the waiting area aren't that comfortable if you have to wait for longer than an hour, ha. If you're looking to buy or get service, Yokem is where it's at with Toyota's! I live by my Toyota and will always drive one!
