My vehicle was towed because of a recall. Once we went to pick it up the battery was dead and there was a check engine light on. Being under warranty we left it. They charged us 240.00 to diagnose the fuse for the diagnosis port was blown. No check engine lights were on when we had to get it towed. 1.5 hours of labor AKA 240.50.for a 4.00 fuse and to replace it!!

Nobody can beat their deals, NOBODY !!! I have always been treated great , i have great friends at other dealerships and they still cant beat Mark Dodge, even with family discounts !

Long story short had a warranty claim for a rear bumper protector replacement and 6 days later an oil change the day after the oil change i notice what looks like over spray on my black leather seats, so i go back to them trying to figure out what, when, where and how this became to be well a little of this mess was found on an arm rest cover so they were like this didnt happen prior to sale , so im like ok and leave. While scrubbing trying to get this mess off my seats it dawns on me they had my vehicle twice and i never noticed it in the 3 and a half months prior. I cant prove it so i cant fight them but if you deal with or really any dealership snap some pictures of the inside and outside of your car. I know this didnt happen while in my possession i would have known if paint was flying around the inside of my car. I know i will not return to their dealership for any thing, i have no trust in them.

Called tuesday to scedule my 10k mile service, was able to get an appointment the next day. I was greated quickly upon arrival, vehicle was take care of in under an hour (closer to a half hour), CSR showed me the indpection paper and explained it. Let me know my next suggested service and that i woild be contacted soon to get it scheduled.

Over priced - ram owner

Vaughn will over charge you for a simple easy fix once your warranty expires. They over charge on part prices as well as labor. Not a returning customer.
