Great dealership - Red rocket

Service picked up my vehicle from my home and performed service , washed it and returned it to my home. Only a local dealership can do that.

I went in to get an oil change, tire rotation, and a tire - Mlml4724

I went in to get an oil change, tire rotation, and a tire fixed. Three days later tire light came on. The exact tire that was supposed to be fixed was not fixed but I was charge for it tires was supposed to be rotated but was not went back to the dealership the service manager was rude and denies everything it is a shame to go somewhere to get work done and the work was not done.

Warren was very professional. The service technician was good as well. I took my vehicle to another dealership which was a HUGE mistake and it was not good at all. The technician actually shoved a piece of wood in between the front bowtie to try and solve the issue that I was having. When I brought the vehicle to Marketplace it was like night and day. I felt like family there. I recommend Marketplace sales and service. Rate them at a 10 out of 10. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Marketplace. Want to thank Marketplace employees for what they do there. It takes everyone there to be a great place to do business.

Called tuesday to scedule my 10k mile service, was able to get an appointment the next day. I was greated quickly upon arrival, vehicle was take care of in under an hour (closer to a half hour), CSR showed me the indpection paper and explained it. Let me know my next suggested service and that i woild be contacted soon to get it scheduled.
