Went to this location because the Kenner location didn't act like they wanted to show me any of the vehicles I was interested in. At the Covington location we found the perfect vehicle for us a 2015 Toyota Tacoma with <75k on it it. Even though it was a little higher priced than I was originally looking the condition of the vehicle was pristine and it had all the features we were looking for and then some. With the financing we were still able to get in the range we wanted. I was a pleasure buying form this location. I will most definitely return when looking for my next vehicle.

I just purchased my second Genesis in less than 2 years. I absolutely love my GV80. It helps a great deal when the Sales Consultant is a Genesis expert and my Sales person is just that. Thank You Preston Alexander! Your knowledge of the entire Genesis line made the experience seamless.

GM Richie Gauthier and Sales Manager Chris Solomon completely ignored multiple emails and voicemails from me, though I had just purchased a new car from them. Of several issues I had with the delivery, one was that they delivered me a vehicle with less than 1/8th of a tank of gas in it, despite the window sticker even saying that it comes full (as is a reasonable expectation for a new car!). Terrible customer service from a brand that wants to be categorized as premium.
