She is the type of sales person that gives you the best deal possible without making you feel that you're getting a bunch of lies as at some of the other car dealerships that I've visited. The dealership personnel were professional and friendly. The car was equipped with the incorrect charger, but the manager ordered the correct one and had it delivered to my house with no additional cost to me. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one.

The SUV is incredible . I’m an older driver and they spent the time I needed to take advantage of all the bells and whistles on this new incredible GV80. What a great driving experience !

GM Richie Gauthier and Sales Manager Chris Solomon completely ignored multiple emails and voicemails from me, though I had just purchased a new car from them. Of several issues I had with the delivery, one was that they delivered me a vehicle with less than 1/8th of a tank of gas in it, despite the window sticker even saying that it comes full (as is a reasonable expectation for a new car!). Terrible customer service from a brand that wants to be categorized as premium.
