I bought a used 2013 SUV from Audi of Baton Rouge , you expect excellent service from a name like an Audi dealership, when i picked up the car, it was duty and dusty inside and out, i has to request the engine be wash because it was complete duty . and they just ran the car through the dealer car wash , no detailing . Then after i took it home i found the rear wiper blade broken, i had to fill up the engine coolant and wash fluids , replaced the engine air filter and had the car detailed and clean myself . Very disappointed with my first experience at Audi . Will not recommend this dealership. Can't trust the report done on the car 27 point inspection!! Called my salesmen Will but never got a call back. It is like buying a car from "Joe Blow Used cars" down the road , pay for the car and be on your way.
