We recently leased an Audi SQ5 from Audi of New Orleans. While we experienced several unexpected issues shortly after delivery, I want to specifically recognize Danielle Fugler in the service department for her exceptional professionalism and care.
Within days, we encountered significant system alarms and were informed that the gateway (computer system) required replacement. The following day, we had a frightening situation when the tire failed and ultimately detached from the vehicle while we were driving.
Danielle immediately stepped in and truly distinguished herself. I was extremely shaken, and she responded with a calm, steady and compassionate demeanor. She remained in constant communication, reassured us and ensured that we felt supported and safe throughout the entire experience.
When towing delays occurred, Danielle personally intervened and arranged for CJ to pick us up and bring us up. He was equally kind and professional, and we were very appreciative of his help. CJ showed initiative, and Danielle's willingness to support and trust him reflected strong leadership and teamwork.
Over the following days, Danielle continued to provide clear communication, thoughtful support and seamless coordination while our vehicle was being repaired. She went above and beyond to minimize disruption and ensure everything was handled properly.
