I went to the Kerry Hyundai dealership and I had an exceptional experience. My sales representative Robin was excellent. Everything from the moment I contacted the dealership was great. They worked hard and told me exactly what I was going to need to do to get into a new vehicle. They were very transparent and helped me with everything right down to explaining and showing me the different features that my new vehicle had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a new or used vehicle. They also have a very good selectin of vehicles.

When it was time to purchase a car for my oldest daughter, a few years ago, I reached out to Carter Hancock at Bachman Auto Group and he could not have been more accommodating to my needs and my schedule. Fast forward to my youngest daughter - I mentioned that I would be in the market for another vehicle and, before I had time to pick up the phone and call Carter, he remembered my daughter's birthday and reached out to me! We ended up purchasing, not just a car for Delilah, but I new (to me) vehicle for me, as well! That is three (3) cars from Carter and not a drop of buyer's remorse. If you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, you will not find a more knowledgeable person than Carter.

Earl was the sales man I worked with he was great to work with and I bought a car the only thing that I didn’t like was when I traded in my truck I was asked to have all keys and owners manual for it which I did I was expecting the same but I only got one key fob and no owners manual I ended up having to spend $160.00 of my own money to purchase these items. I should’ve looked in the glove box and asked before the deal was done. So if you buy a used car or truck from them check and ask for them.

I have a 07 VW rabbit there were recalls on the transmission and just wondering what you could tell me about this I was just driving down the road and went to shift into 3 rd gear and it just made a Big Bang and now first and third are out and is having trouble going into reverse it just is not write so I got online and there are several recalls on this year and was going to see what u could tell me thank you
