After searching for a clean Land Cruiser / Lexus450 I responded to an add on Mr. Connors web site. Vehicle looked clean and had Diff Loc (locking differential ) an option that was a must have. Mr. Connor assured me that the vehicle had this option as specificaly photographed in the ad (a switch on the dash) but they were not working properly (would light up indicater on dash and click under the floor but were repairable). Said he had driven the car several times with his family and everything worked and no "funny smells " etc. I wired him the $8700 and made arrangements to have truck sent to TX. When the vehicle arrived it was dark green not black as stated and not discernible in photo, it had no Diff Loc option, non operational parking lights, non operational driver remote mirror, radio that does not stay on and no driver sun visor not to mention the moldy smell. After contacting Mr. Connor (after SEVERAL unreturned calls) he stated that he didn't know that the vehicle did not REALLY have Diff Locs and no explanation of why the switch was present on the dash and had no comment on the other problems nor an explanation of how a light indicator could come on for an accessory that did not exist . He further stated that I should not have any trouble selling the car in Texas if I really didn't want it, but he was NOT going to stand behind it. The vehicle was totally misrepresented nor did he send the temporary license with the vehicle so it's not even legally drivable until it is registered in Texas. He was not the same person that I talked to before he was sent my money. Be aware of this "dealer". He is the typical used car salesman and I would caution anyone that this is not a dealership or person to do business with.

I purchased a truck on 4/16/21 & was not told there was any rust, as the frame was full of rust. This vehicle isn’t legal to drive and was fortunate I made it home safely after driving over 60 miles. A vehicle is supposed to be safe to drive coming off the lot and not sold under fraudulent terms.

We went to Don Marshall to trade in our car and find a more economical, reliable, family car. We called salesman Gary Gentry ahead of time and let him know what we were looking for. He did his homework and when we showed up at the dealership he was on the case. He had researched his inventory and had several options that met our needs. When we wanted to see a vehicle he had it brought right up to the door and let us test drive anything we wanted. He knew the inventory and we felt like he was truly working hard to find us the perfect fit. He was honest about things he thought about the vehicles and we trusted his opinion. Best move we ever made. Gary will shoot you strait and work hard to make your experience the best it can be even after the sale. Highly recommend you do business with him when you get there and listen to his advice for the best car at the best price. They appear to sell junk from auctions, and just put 'em in the lot. Make no effort to fix things. The pious "Christian" vibe is bogus. Bought a Camaro RS back in the day, immediately needed a fuel pump, the hydraulic arms that held up the hood, starter crapped out 2 days after purchase, and battery was old and worn out. As I said buy at auction and flip them to make a quick buck. They didn't seem to even make an attempt to even look like they where selling quality stuff. Attitude seems to be You are a loser cause you can't do real finacing, so take it or leave it. They give buy here pay here the low class rep that industry has.

Bought a 93,000 vehicle only for it to start shaking violently when accelerating after only having it a week. They took it back and gave me a loaner. Never saw the vehicle I bought again because the salesman started driving by my house, texting me when he saw me out around town and then took a photo of me and my children driving on the road and texted it to me!! Then we sold the vehicle “back” even thought we never got the original back and then we had to pay just under $9,000 to sell it back. They are a rip off, sketchy, and down right creepy!

Quite possibly the WORST dealership that I have EVER dealt with. Right after buying the vehicle, I had my check engine light come on. Had the codes read and it was a faulty sensor. So I took it in to their service department and said "hey, check engine light came on and the codes said it needs a sensor".. They had my car for a day, called me and said it was done. Then informed me "it was just low on oil, so we did an oil change". No, it's a sensor that I authorized, not an oil change. Fix the sensor. 4 months later, the water pump goes out so I decide to give them another shot and make an appointment to have it replaced. I was given an appointment for last Tuesday. It's now Monday of the following week, and I still don't have my vehicle back for a 3 1/2 hour job. Called last Friday and was given "it may be done today". Called this morning and was given more excuses as to why it's not done. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. Literally the only person who hasn't lied to me or given me the run around is Lindsay in finance.

Start to finish Angie made the process go so smoothly. From the first interaction to the last conversation, she was a pleasure to work with. The entire staff was welcoming and accommodating. The 2024 Jeep Gladiator was exactly what was represented online! The pricing was fair enough that we came from South East Virginia to make the purchase. They made sure the Gladiator was prepped, clean, and a full tank of gas. Not an easy task as we finalized the deal at 5:30 Friday night and picked it up early Saturday morning. Angie gets an 11/10! We would not hesitate to make a long-distance purchase from them again.

Finally got in touch with them about noon and told them i was a cash buyer on their 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted to make sure it was still available before i made the two-hour drive to their dealership. I never received a call back so i ended up buying one locally. After looking into the dealership info i noticed they are a buy here pay here store so I'm sure they would rather sell to someone who will finance through them so they can up their profit margin. If im ever in the market for another used vehicle Ill be sure to avoid even considering contacting this dealership and i suggest everyone else to do the same. VERY SHADEY PEOPLE

Have bought two cars from Ben and my family has purchased three others. Fantastic service, pricing, and negotiating! You pull in the lot, greeted by the sales rep, and left alone unless you have questions. No pressure at all! Then you want pricing on something, and you are brought the pricing and the keys. Very relaxed atmosphere which is outside of anything expected at a used car dealership. I plan to by my next used car from here and recommend them to anyone that is even considering bying a newly used car.

Terrible experience. Was willing to negotiate a deal on a car that has been on the lot a long while but Kevin Lefevers can't handle any push back from a buyer. I refused to pay doc fees, told him it would have to be deducted from price and he told me to shop elsewhere. Docs fees are pure dealer profit and many states are limiting them to $50. Wish Kentucky would do that to protect car buyers from predatory dealer practices. They seriously need to up their game and at least pretend to like their customers. If you're willing to throw away your cash at sticker price, pay a ridiculous doc fee and get hosed in finance this is the place for you.

As I couldn’t get there for a few days, I’d totaled my 04 Pilot 6/1 & it was almost a 4hr drive, She did let me know that a man put a deposit down on it the next day. I was sad & she said she would call & let me know if he got his financing or not. She did call me as soon as she knew & I put a deposit hold on it until I could get a ride there!! Super Cool! I told her I’d be there the 23rd & she made sure it was clean & sitting in front of the office when I arrived. My Nephew & I gave it a test drive, I was Thrilled to be able to replace my Pilot. When I arrived the car was clean and immediately ready for a test drive. The buying process was fast and there were no hidden dealer fees. I didn’t get the interest rate I was hoping for, but other than that everything went the best it could. The salesmen also seemed honest and helpful.
