Sales sucked! They are so confused about what they are selling and doing! Service even worse!! My young pregnant daughter took her car in to have recalls fixed on it. Before going in car drove just fine. When recalls were done being fixed she had to go immediately to work and her car was shaking going 20mph. Came out of work and her tire was destroyed with two large punctures in the tire. Luckily she didn't have a blow out going down the road. Went to big m to talk about what happened and they pretty much blow it off said they never lifted her car, called my daughter a lier and said they had no part in it and it just happens sometimes.

Great service from a very knowledgable staff. My jeep was fixed and on the road in no time. I also have my oil changed there. They have this multipoint inspection that lets me know exactly whats going on with my vehicle

I wish I could rate this place lower then I did. I took my car in and it sat for hours. I came back and they said they drove it and gave me a list of parts it needed. I went to my car to look because I hadn't had a call. The car was in the same spot with not one mile put on it. I went back in talked to the service manager who called me a liar. He said they don't do business like that and if I didn't like the service there to leave the property. I have never been treated so badly in my entire life. I'll never be back and I'll make sure people know what happened. The service manager isn't fit to sweep the lot he's a complete joke

Previous great experience with 2015 Odyssey.. Today opposite. Kept trying to get us to sell back. Looked at and gave us KBB estimate of $16,,720 + up to 3,000 extra. Ended up offering $16,000. The inside is perfect, 74,000 miles and a few superficial scratches. Thank you Bill Cole, we're done. We will even have service done elsewhere in future.

Worst Audi service center in 48 state area - ChristopherAD

We bought our new 2017 S5 in Lexington because Audi Louisville did not have what we wanted. But since we live closer to Louisville, we have twice taken it to their service center. The first time was in December 2016 after a slight fender-bender. We got our new car back after a week with an additional 250 miles despite the body shop being less than 8 miles down the street. Our complaints were answered with blame placed on Oxmoor Body Shop. Even though it was evident that someone used it as if they owned it (radio was reprogrammed and trash left under the seat) we have yet to receive an apology. Last week, our second trip to the service center, was not as costly in milage. We thought 7 miles was a long test drive for replacing the tires but trusted they would be more professional. Especially after Kyle promised to personally ensure the last debacle would not occur a second time. Guess he forgot about his upcoming wedding and honeymoon when he made that promise because Nick helped us when it was finished. While vacuuming the floor mats a few days later, we discovered a restaurant leftovers box from someone's lunch under the passenger's seat. It wasn't difficult to determine when and where it happened. We quickly called the dealership. Jim, the general manager said that he would investigate the issue and call me back. Instead, Dennis, the service manager, called to ensure that Mathias would be disciplined for using our car for personal use and offered to detail it for our trouble but stated we would have to leave it there all day. We declined. Like George W said, "Fool me once, shame on ... shame on you. Fool me... you can't get fooled again!" Though Dennis' offer was unbefitting, he was nice enough to encourage us to write lots of negative reviews. We agreed. So if you are looking for an Audi, I highly recommend Lexington for sales and service. Matt and Tony are very professional and courteous. And if you leave your car with their service center, they won't use it for taking joy rides.

Both times that I have messages for My BMW to have work needed the response was excellent. no checking with owner to see if we were worth messing with but how can They help?Living 90 miles from dealership to arrive with newer clean loaner to replace my car for time needed to attend to my BMW needs is flawless and completely reliable. Try to find that with other car dealerships, had other new cars that cost as much and more to be made to feel like there is nothing wrong with the car or we cant duplicate the problem to be sent home waiting for it to have the same problem again. Totally satisfied with Ann in response to recent maintainence work. Love the deal and Will not hesitate to send others to see Aimee Dial to purchase a vehicle. Thanks for the relationship I have with Bluegrass BMW.

Honestly spent enough time Seeing repeat customers come in for the same if not Similar issues they had the first time they came in all because the car was not fixed the first time around. I am hurt writing this because i had high hopes for bmw. The name is iconic but the louisville location LACKS the values the name carries. My advice go to the lex location or heck anywhere but here. You will spend more money than what the cars worth for general Maintenance. The issue you came in for will not get fixed but they will charge you a arm and a leg to lie to you. As for employment .. dont do it .. avoid it. The pay is low the Environment is draining and i say this from experience. I seen the behind the scenes of this place and it was horrible! I was also out due to a issue with my son who was sick and because of such was told by hr i had to be let go after making up a silly reason as to why. Honestly i did my job plus the job of 2 others who was always standing around at someones desk or off in neverland hiding out till break time and it was frustrating to all ends because i was left to do my job plus theirs and when this was brought up to managment i got met with a simple shrug of the shoulder. ( Pathetic) so if you enjoy working your job and others as well while being paid just your hourly base pay than by all means do so. The hr lady is a mass joke (nobody even likes her and I was told to just ignore her if she says anything. I see why now..)she trys to act like shes a manager but has no authority of such. She honestly needs to seek a therapist because the way she carries herself is absurd. Avoid the porter position because not only will you be doing that but you are responsible for vacuming /leaf blowing / trash / honestly just think of it as a janitor position (they say their janitors wont do certain things so you have too) its ran so so so so poorly as well the managment that is their is honestly ad useless as it gets. I seen better managment at your local mc donalds..(that's sad) but overall the place deserves a 1 star and thats being kind.. so in short if you love to give away money for costly repairs that will never truthfully be resolved or if you want to work at a location where the pay is low and the treatment is poor and god forbid if you have family who gets sick than boy oh boy bmw of louisville is the place for you BUT if you have respect for yourself and respect for your wallet take this advice and avoid this location.
