Can’t get in touch with the service department at all—just stuck dealing with automation. When Danielle texted me about the issue, she asked how she could help, so I gave her a detailed explanation about what’s going on with my 2021 F150 Lariat, but she never responded. I’ve called the dealership twice trying to schedule service, and both times I was just transferred back to the automation. Looks like I’ll be finding another dealership.

The issue with our car was extensive, but Brian kept us informed on a regular basis what was required to get the car repaired. He also played a critical part in getting the company we had our extended service contract with to cover and pay what was agreed upon in the repair quote. We are extremely appreciative for his help throughout this process.
