The service dept. at Herb Jones Elizabethtown is outstanding! Jessica went above and beyond to make sure I got my desperately needed oil change; which was amazing since I was 25 minutes late. The service didnt take long and I couldnt have asked for a better price. I highly recommend Herb Jones. They have a way of making you feel like family.

While the service manager was polite, I would not recommend your shop to anyone. There was a week wait just to get my car in. I thought there was a catalytic converter issue because the car was running extremely sluggish and there was a strong sulfur odor. The service manager called and said that the code only showed a spark plug issue. He said that all four plugs were cracked... at just over 35k miles. Knowing that plugs should be replaced around 80k miles, I questioned this. He said the factory plugs were likely defective which is concerning. The labor cost of $300 is outrageous to replace 4 plugs but I couldn't wait any longer to get my car fixed so I had to pay that. I won't use your service center again and I will be certain that my friends and colleagues are aware of my experience.

They exchanged a engine for me.When it was returned the trans did shift correct.They said it was not their problem.I sent it to a garage and was told the new harness Hunt Ford installed was cut.I had that repaired and went on a 1600 mile trip.It shut down in Dallas tx and cost me a lot to bring it back to ky on a roll back.All and all i was out over $3000 plus what they charged to exchange the engine. I talked to Rick Hunt and was told he would not do any thing about it. Then i did some checking and there have been others to be screwed and not kissed by this dealership.I sold Fords for the dealerships in Nashville Tn in the 60's.I never saw anything to match this then.I guess it just a new breed of taking advanage of of your fellow man.This is my true story. You must make up your own mind and is it worth taking a change!...............

Was on tour with the National Corvette Museum during one of the Museum in Motion (KY 1Lap) tours when I experience clutch issues with our 2018 Corvette Grand Sport. The service department was very responsive and took care of the issue very quickly. The corvette technician, Christian, met with us personally and explained the findings and solution. We were on our way within an hour. Great service from the time we checked in all the way through checkout. Customer lounge was clean and well maintained with internet connection to stay in touch with others. Great experience all the way around!
