I would never had known they got busted by feds! I was looking up mame of dealer to tell someone how bad they were. In 2012 I wrecked my truck and took it to fannin toyota. The pulled an insurance scam. Said they replaced driver quarter panel. They pocketed the money left old part on and pushed out dent and buffed it. Other parts that were painted had actual bubbles in the paint. It was xxxx poor work. It never looked right. But on my 3rd trip up there from lex ky in a rental, I was tired of dealing with them and took my vehicle back. I'm glad the feds closed their doors! I hope somebody went to prison!!!

They worked on my vehicle which I bought from there. When I bought it, it had all kinds of problems. I was surprised they put me on the road with a vehicle n that condition. When they worked on it, it was still messed up to this day. I just drive it till it falls apart I guess cause I'm not taking it back even if I still had a warranty.

I would like to give a Special Thank You to Gambrel Chevrolet Service Department. On my way from Cape Coral, Fl to Cincinnati, Ohio my car was having problems. I was able to get off I-75 and find Gambrel Chevrolet, they tried to find the problem. As it was late in the day they asked if I could leave the car or bring it back the next morining. I chose to stay the night and bring the car back the next day. They took it right away, and really put forth the effort to find the problem. A fault fuel pump was the culprit, two more hours of work and a new fuel pump I was headed North again. During the time they were working on my car they made sure I had lunch and really extended the Corbin, Kentucky hospitality.<br> Since I was a woman traveling by myself, I was worried about the car and my safety, I was reassured by how respectfully I was treated while at the dealership. Unscrupulous Business - ShameOnYou!

They mailed out "Money Carlo" match to win tricking folks into believing they had won $5000. I went to get my wife's car serviced and observed many elderly people along with many more from various age groups show up to claim their prize. It was a trick to get them in but no place in the mailings could I find where they stated it was a "chance" to win. False advertising and the local government should look into this and protect people from this dealership. Those elderly folks could barely get around and had no intention of buying a new car. Shame on you Garland Nissan!! I won't even give you my service business anymore.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would absolutely. NEVER take your vehicle to this place for service. I have taken my vehicle in several times for "the works" oil change and my bill has never been more than $65-$70 which is reasonable for an oil change. My bill was $190!!!!! A service was performed on the bill for "replacement of lug nuts" for a whopping total of $130 for that service alone. FOR LUG NUTS. The kicker is that I was never told this service was being performed until after it was finished. So I call up there to ask a manager about the service. Victoria in the service department answered the phone and I explained to her this issue. She got a huge attitude and rude tone of voice with me, called me a liar and stated that she told me of the service before it was performed WHICH WAS NOT AT ALL THE CASE, I was told after the fact. She proceeded to argue with me, and once I called her attitude out she called me "sweetie" and "honey" which is extremely disrespectful because she was trying to be a smarta** about it. She kept calling me a liar however, and refused to correct this situation. She stated her manager was not in and there was nothing she could do. So I am following up on this but I have a feeling it will not be made right. For a local business, y'all sure do treat your local customers with such disrespect to make a buck. This was appalling. NEVER TRUST YOUR BUSINESS HERE, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING MONEY AT YOUR EXPENSE AND IGNORANCE AND WILL NOT RIGHT THE ISSUE. DISGUSTING!!!

I’m 71 and have bought my share of cars. Without being long-winded, I’ll just say that Gates is an example of an auto dealership done right. I lease Hyundai’s every three years and I’ll keep coming back.
