I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received. Tim Willoughby helped to solve the problem with the air leveling system on my 2015 Ram 1500 after I spent several weeks and multiple visits to another service center without resolution of the problem. He understood my concerns and demonstrated knowledge and expertise regarding the issue. The technician who evaluated the problem went through appropriate steps to diagnose and rule out various issues rather than recommending costly repair and replacement of parts unnecessarily. In the end, none of the outrageously costly repairs recommended by the other repair center were necessary and White's Auto Mall got my truck back in running order for a fraction of the cost. I live in Clarksville, but i will be making the drive to Hopkinsville for future service needs because they have the expertise you expect from a dealership service center and they treat the customer right.

We were traveling through the area on our way back to Florida and notice the truck was starting to wobble. We called other Ram dealership and no one would take us. When we spoke to Lori I the service dept she was concerned about are safety and would get us in right away to correct it. They went above and beyond service.

Exceptional!!! - One pleased customer!!

Plain and simple, my visit to the service dept. was exceptional!! The Service Tech Nathan was right on it. He was quick to inquire why I thought it was what I thought it was. I requested, if possible, for an old friend, the mechanic Chris to evaluate the issue. Before leaving, Chris caught me and asked exactly was going on? When does it occur? How does it sound? Before I even left he was on the test drive. Unfortunately, I don't trust many mechanics and being what he found, I believe many would have taken advantage of the situation. What we thought was possibly a bad axle joint and boot turned out to be a rock lodged between the motor mount and suspension arm. The mechanic even showed me a video, showing me exactly where it was lodged. I honestly don't know how in the world he found it. Within 15-20 minutes I received a call and the car was ready, no charge!! HONESTY!! EXCEPTIONAL!! I will return. Thanks guys!!
